Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau ignored cries of anger and desperation from farmers and provincial officials last weekend by pressing ahead with a climate change agenda that will dramatically reduce Canada’s use of fertilizer — the same ruinous strategy that drove Dutch farmers into revolt and destroyed the agriculture of Sri Lanka. The Toronto Sun reported on a dismaying Friday meeting of federal and provincial ministers, in which the latter could not convince the Trudeau administration to show any “flexibility” in its emissions targets, not even with a global food crisis on the horizon:Several provincial governments, and organizations representing farmers have...

CNN correspondent Bill Weir suggested that the Biden administration mobilize the military to produce electric vehicles and claimed “life on Earth was at stake” due to climate change on CNN Tuesday. Weir expressed frustration that the filibuster was preventing Congress from passing legislation and that President Joe Biden was limited in his ability to tackle climate change during his appearance on CNN. He suggested the nationalization of industries as one method to mitigate the issue. “This is hung up on an old fashioned filibuster, sort of recent made up American rules when the fate of life on Earth is at...

The republican party’s preferred position is not that the BLM mural leave, it’s that it stays, but that any other group in this city get the same opportunity that you gave BLM, we want everyone’s message on a city street and we want you to pay for it because you paid for the BLM message,” Nelligan said to the Council Monday night.“If you believe the phrase Black Lives Matter is political or a terrorist organization, that is racist. Full stop,” said Matt Marshall during the meeting.

Private chats from Cassidy Hutchinson, who gave the Jan. 6 investigation panel a scathing depiction of the Trump White House, tell a very different story from the one she gave last month, according to a new report. Hutchinson was the source of the since-debunked story that former President Donald Trump tried to seize control of the wheel of the presidential SUV. The Federalist stated it has obtained private communications from Hutchinson that span from December 2020 to May of this year. Hutchinson had not replied to the printing of her communications as of Tuesday evening. The report’s bottom line was...

Story at-a-glance:In early June, the government of The Netherlands announced it would cut the size of livestock herds in the country by 30% to meet European Union nitrogen and ammonia pollution rules.According to Thierry Baudet, Dutch Parliament member, the government is following the script of The Great Reset, which requires weakening the country, making it more dependent on food imports, and diluting nationalism by taking in more immigrants. To make room for immigrant housing, they need to take land from the farmers. The newly assigned Minister for Nature and Nitrogen Policy, Christianne van der Wal-Zeggelink, is married to Piet van der...

Puberty blockers, known as gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) substances, received a warning from U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) officials earlier this month, saying the drug could cause brain swelling, loss of vision, and serious risks for children injecting the hormone. Officials said a plausible association between using puberty blockers and pseudotumor cerebri, which displays symptoms similar to a brain tumor, was identified in six young girls between the ages of 5 and 12. “Five were undergoing treatment for central precocious puberty and one for transgender care,” FDA officials report. “The onset of pseudotumor cerebri symptoms ranged from three to 240...

As inflation continues to eat away at household budgets and fears of a major economic downturn continue to mount, the Biden administration is attempting to redefine the term "recession" in an apparent public relations push to mitigate backlash for the current state of the economy. This effort to obscure what has long been a simple, specific, and uncontroversial definition is part of an ongoing pattern of President Biden and his team redefining and weaponizing specific terms to further their political agenda and stigmatize forms of dissent they deem threatening. Here are six terms the administration has sought to redefine: 1....

Democrats have continually promoted the idea of providing “gender-affirming” health care for children, such as puberty blockers. But the Food and Drug Administration has issued new warnings about one puberty blocker that could have severe side effects. President Joe Biden himself has supported initiatives to “protect” such treatments for transgender individuals. In celebration of Transgender Day of Visibility on March 31, Biden issued an executive order “Reaffirming that transgender children have the right to access gender-affirming health care,” “Providing resources on the importance of gender-affirming care for children and adolescents” and “Advancing gender-affirming care as an essential health benefit.” However,...

...virtually everyone is getting screwed by the Biden economy and it has nowhere to hide. Major financial investors on Wall Street have set their sights on a new target for acquisition, buying up mobile home parks across the country only to raise the cost of rent and other fees that mobile home owners must pay. The Daily Caller reports that such investors include private equity firms and real estate investment trusts. These buyers have turned to purchasing mobile home parks and raising rent for tenants who are either stuck at a low income or are actually disabled. One state that has been affected is Minnesota, where out-of-state purchases of mobile home parks nearly doubled between...

Democrat Rep. David N "Spare Me The B------- about Constitutional Rights" Cicilline and others have said the quiet part out loud: they want to ban almost all semi-automatic weapons in common use. If you wondered why the nation's socialist news cabal American Pravda suddenly decided to drop the terms "assault weapon" and "assault rifle" from their propaganda lexicon, your answer was soon forthcoming in their triumphant announcement of their next onslaught against your sensible civil rights: "Democrats push for 1st semi-automatic gun ban in 20 years." In a tyrannical two-for-one special, not only have the enemies of liberty of the...

The Biden Administration has announced that it is releasing the next Notice of Sale for crude oil from the nation’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) for 20 million barrels. As part of the Tuesday announcement, the White House cited a “new analysis” from the Department of Treasure that estimates that the previous SPR releases that the White House pegs at 125 million barrels—along with the releases of crude oil from foreign partners as well—has reduced gasoline prices by “up to about 40 cents per gallon”. Not compared to what they were, but “compared to what they would have been absent these...

The prevailing vision of environmentalism today caters to a global oligarchy. "A filing cabinet of human lives Where people swarm like bees in tunneled hives, Each to his own cell in the covered comb, Identical and cramped—we call it home." — Gerald Raftery, "Apartment House" The conventional wisdom among America’s liberals, often seconded and rarely challenged by conservatives, is that population growth in the United States should be channeled as much as possible into the footprint of existing cities. Surrounding cities should be “greenbelts,” suburban growth should be rejected as unsustainable “sprawl,” and human settlement in areas defined as the...
