A 16 year-old who was allegedly filmed attacking an NYPD cop asked if he could press charges during a court appearance Tuesday.

The boy was released only days earlier following a previous robbery, where he and three others stole a man's cellphone.

"NYC Mayor Eric Adams... called his city a 'laughingstock.'"
