The Biden administration put out a statement of support for the Right to Contraception Act, which the House will vote on this week as part of a slew of legislation Democrats are passing to protect reproductive rights. In the statement, Biden again warned the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade would have 'far-reaching consequences' on women's health. 'The Supreme Court's decision in Dobbs, which overturned Roe v. Wade and eliminated a constitutional right to choose, has already had devastating...

Kamala Harris compared on Monday the overturn of Roe v. Wade last month to slavery during a speech to the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) convention. 'We know, NAACP, that our country has a history of claiming ownership over human bodies,' the first minority and female vice president said to massive jeers of agreement from the crowd in Atlantic City, New Jersey. She added: 'Today, extremists so-called leaders are criminalizing doctors and punishing women from making healthcare decisions for themselves.' Harris said that the decision to get an abortion should be between women and 'her doctor,...

There is an interesting controversy brewing in anthropology departments where professors have called for researchers to stop identifying ancient human remains by biological gender because they cannot gauge how a person identified at that the time. Other scholars are calling for researchers to stop identifying race as a practice because it fuels white supremacy. One of the academics objecting to this effort to stop gender identifications, San Jose State archaeology Professor Elizabeth Weiss, is currently suing her school. Weiss maintains that she was barred from access to the human remains collection due to her opposition to the repatriation of human...

Tom Cruise has sent a massive wake-up call to liberal Hollywood and “woke” celebrities as his pro-America movie “Top Gun: Maverick” soars past the $1.2 billion mark at the global box office. The “Top Gun” sequel is continuing to smash records and send a clear message to celebrities like John Cena and LeBron James, who infamously caved to China. Cruise and his producers refused to fill the film with “woke” messaging and snubbed the Chinese Communist Party when it demanded they remove pro-Taiwan and pro-America themes. As a result, the movie was banned in China. Despite the China ban, the...

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -The U.S. Department of Defense is nearing an agreement with Lockheed Martin Corp (NYSE:LMT) for around 375 F-35 fighter jets over three years, three sources said on Monday, amid expectations of a price increase for the most common version of the jet due to lower quantities and inflation. The first F-35A cost $221 million when it came off the production line in 2007. Since then, production quantities and know-how have increased, helping the price of the stealthy fifth-generation fighter fall to $79 million as it gained buyers. The handshake agreement would come as the aviation industry gathered for...

Recording made in 1947 when he was 101 years old as an oral history of the American Civil War, (or the War Between the States, as it is known in South). This man joined the 24th Virginia Calvary in 1862 at the age of 16 and and half. He was eventually taken prisoner in the Spring of 1965 at what must have been the Battle of Hillsman's House since her refers to Gen. Ewell's surrender. From the outset of Russia’s invasion in February of this year, Western elites have bestowed upon Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky a level of adulation that few (if any) leaders have enjoyed. Zelensky’s political rock star tour began with a speech to the European Parliament on March 1. He spoke with the United States Congress on March 16. By April 5, he had spoken to the Parliaments of seventeen other nations — all of them closely allied with the United States. Zelensky’s tour hit a snag on April 8. On that day, Zelensky caused an uproar among Greeks when he shared...

During a recent broadcast of Sunday Morning Futures, one in which Bartiromo’s guest, current Texas GOP Representative and former White House physician Ronny Jackson, suggested that Biden has a cognitive disease that’s rendering him gradually more and more mentally unfit for office, Bartiromo herself made a couple of major claims about what’s going on in the Biden White House. Particularly, she insinuated both that former President Barack Obama is involved in running the Biden White House and that the Democrats are having to keep Biden on a supply of drugs to get him functional when he’s out in public. Speaking...

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - On Monday afternoon, a West Virginia circuit judge granted a preliminary injunction blocking the enforcement of West Virginia’s 1800s-era criminal abortion ban. As a result, abortions are once again legal in the Mountain State. This case pits the Women’s Health Center of West Virginia against the State of West Virginia. The ACLU, on behalf of the Health Center, was seeking an injunction to stop the enforcement of the 100-year-old law that criminalized abortion in West Virginia. The ACLU argues the state’s criminal abortion statute cannot co-exist with modern laws passed since Roe V. Wade. That includes...
