Two Uvalde cops passed up a chance to take out the gunman who killed 19 kids and two teachers at a Texas elementary school before he entered the building, according to a report. A group of “Black Feminist” activists are marching towards the U.S. Supreme Court on Juneteenth weekend in support of their pro-abortion policies. The organization Black Bodies for Black Power organized the march that will start on 6th Street NE & 226 4th Street NE and make its way to the Supreme Court. Belief in God among U.S. adults sank to an all-time low this year, according to recent data from a Gallup survey. According to the survey, most U.S. adults — 81 percent — believe in God. But while that figure seems high, it is actually the lowest percentage ever reported in this survey. Up until 2011, over 90 percent said they believed in God, but the number has continued to drop, now down eight points from the 89 percent who expressed belief in God in 2016. The previous low was set in 2014, when 86 percent said they believed in God.

Police are responding to reports of shots fired at Tysons Corner Center in Virginia. Two actors on the Netflix series "The Chosen One" were killed and six other cast or crew members were injured after the van they were riding in crashed near Mulege on the Baja California Sur peninsula. Local media reported the crash occurred Thursday, and said the van flipped after running off the road in a desert area. A San Joaquin County family is calling on the sheriff’s office to answer questions about why and how they raided the family’s Ripon home Wednesday, with guns drawn and shields up, and children inside. “Over the PA, they were saying, ‘Come out with your hands up with no weapons,” said Nicole McCurdy, who experienced the ordeal alongside her 3-year-old son and 16-year-old daughter. “I want to know why they had to use, why they had to point guns at me and my children.
