JESSE WATTERS: Just moments ago the Napa County D.A. was forced to release Paul Pelosi’s mugshot from the night Nancy was out of town when he got popped for drunk driving. Today was the deadline for our FOIA request and voilà! There it is. Pretty close to the sketch we commissioned. Pretty close. Crooked politicians and political appointees in California spent more than two weeks trying to keep this photo from going public. Why? Was it really that bad? Pretty handsome for a drunk 82-year-old.

The Supreme Court Monday again prolonged the wait for its opinion which is expected to overturn the federal right to an abortion. Last month, Politico published a leaked draft opinion which indicated the Supreme Court is set to overturn Roe v. Wade, the 1973 case that established a federal right to an abortion. The justices released a handful of decisions Monday, including two immigration-related opinions, but not in the case Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. A ruling is expected to come by either late June or early July. The decisions issued Monday included: ZF Automotive U. S., Inc. v....

SAN DIEGO -- The notification that San Diego State was cutting its women's rowing program was delivered, like most bad news in 2020, in a Zoom meeting. Madison Fisk sat at a desk in her bedroom in the off-campus house she shared with several teammates in November 2020 and listened to her coach explain that their scholarships -- if they had them -- would still be honored, but there would be no team for her senior season. There would be no races or regattas, no team bus rides, no 5 a.m. sunrise workouts

You didn’t think you could just walk away from Covid hysteria, did you? You didn’t think it would just end, right? In fact, “Phase II” is about to begin. And I’m not talking about more masks ’n’ jabs. I’m talking about a new iteration, a mutation. Not a viral one, but a metamorphosis in terms of what Covid represents to the left. A transition from disease to identity. ... A few weeks ago a Florida school principal and dedicated foe of Ron DeSantis died from unspecified causes. The principal, who’d spent the past two years demanding the masking of Florida...

Inflation wasn’t transitory. And inflation hasn’t peaked. It’s more like peak inflation was transitory. The May Consumer Price Index (CPI) came in higher than expected. The headline year-on-year price increase was 8.6%. The projection was for the CPI to hold steady at the same level as last month — 8.3%. Instead, we got the biggest jump in prices during this inflationary cycle and the highest CPI print since 1981. On a month-to-month basis, the CPI rose by 1%. This was above the 0.7% projection. Another spike in fuel and energy costs primarily drove the monthly increase. Energy costs rose 3.9% during...

Loudoun County commonwealth's attorney Buta Biberaj misled court in order to 'sell' plea bargain, judge saysA Virginia judge has kicked a George Soros-funded prosecutor off a case involving potentially a dozen burglaries in multiple counties, saying the prosecutor’s office had concealed criminal records to “sell” a plea bargain.Loudoun County circuit court judge James Plowman said the office of Commonwealth’s Attorney Buta Biberaj (D.) was “deliberately misleading the Court and the public” about “a possible 12 burglary crime spree spanning 4 counties over 10 days.” In a plea agreement, Biberaj’s office failed to note the offender had recently pleaded guilty to...

As we sit around waiting for Gropey Joe Biden to denounce the assassination attempt of Justice Kavanaugh, it becomes obvious why he hasn’t. He and the bolshie Democrats seem to want a conservative justice from the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) to die or retire. That would make the commie takeover almost complete. And what better way to make that happen than to make it easy to do?FAST FACTS:- A SCOTUS memo about kicking the abortion debate back to the states was leaked earlier this year. Protestors began to march outside the homes of various conservative justices. -...

Foreign Minister Yair Lapid (Yesh Atid) and Justice Minister Gideon Sa'ar (New Hope) have requested that Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett remove his veto of an anti-Netanyahu bill, and allow them to attempt to pass it. The bill would prevent anyone charged with criminal offenses from serving as prime minister. A senior coalition official told Israel National News - Arutz Sheva that the bill could pass within a week, and that thanks to the Joint Arab List, there is a majority in the Knesset which supports it, even if Interior Minister Ayelet Shaked (Yamina) vetoes it. According to the report,...

f you refused to buy into the official narrative about the COVID shots, you likely found yourself on the receiving end of hateful attacks and rejection. Some of those zealots may now realize they were wrong, but few want to talk about it. How are you choosing to move forward? Fomenting hatred is a tool of tyrants, and over the past two years, political leaders, agency heads, academics, medical professionals and media personalities alike have publicly encouraged hatred and violence and wished painful death upon anyone who didn’t want to be part of the medical experiment that is the COVID...

On April 8, 2021, Representative MCBath sponsored H.R. 2377, a federal bill to authorize extreme risk prevention orders or “red flag” law. Using the recent mass murders in Buffalo, New York and Uvalde, Texas, as an emotional springboard to push passage of the law, Nancy Pelosi has pushed through the passage in the House of Representatives today, 9 April 2022. The vote was 224 to 202.The most recent and comprehensive study on the Red Flag law in California showed no measurable effect on assault or fatal violence against others or self for an intensely covered four-year period, 2016 to 2019.The...

Fox News senior political analyst Brit Hume said Monday on FNC’s “Special Report” that many Republicans would be privately very happy if the House Select Committee, which is investigating the January 6, 2021 Capitol riot, damages Donald Trump to the point he can’t be the presidential nominee in 2024. Anchor Bret Baier asked, “I guess the question still is, are they moving towards trying to make a legal case against Donald Trump, or one that is a political case to somehow prevent him from being a factor in 2024?” Hume said, “Well, I think they’re doing both. Jamie Raskin, one...

What I call the “energy storage conundrum” is the obvious but largely unrecognized problem that electricity generated by intermittent renewables like wind and sun can’t keep an electrical grid operating without some method of storing energy to meet customer demand in times of low production. These times of low production from wind and sun occur regularly — for example, calm nights — and can persist for as long as a week or more in the case of heavily overcast and calm periods in the winter. If the plan is to power the entire United States by wind and solar facilities,...
