America has truly reached Soviet levels of mass delusion and absurdity. The official lines on the most important subjects of the day are not just inconsistent with reality, they are the complete inversion of it. Last week, NPR published an article titled, “Has Tucker Carlson created the most racist show in the history of cable news?” The article is not your everyday propaganda piece; it is almost humorous in its mendacity. Tucker Carlson diligently avoids anything that can be intrepreted as "racist." He repeatedly denounces racism on his show and repeatedly affirms that he judges individuals as individuals, by their...

YORK COUNTY, Pa. — Two multi-decade Republican lawmakers in York County will not be up for re-election in the fall, after losing their primary races to challengers. In Windsor Township, Wendy Fink beat State Rep. Stan Saylor (R-York), who has been in office nearly 30 years. In Hellam Township, Joe D’Orsie beat State Rep. Keith Gillespie (R-York), who has been in office nearly 20 years. “Something happens after a couple of decades after you're in political office. After talking to people, I think the fact that I am a rookie kind of appeals to them,” D’Orsie said while making campaign...

IPray For The Peace of JerusalemGenesis 3The Fall 3 Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?” 2 The woman said to the serpent, “We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden, 3 but God did say, ‘You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.’” 4 “You will not certainly die,” the...

Idaho Gov. Brad Little won the Republican Party’s nomination for a second term on Tuesday, easily outpacing a conservative challenger who had former President Trump’s support. But Little’s allies in the state legislature were far less fortunate, as a conservative wave fueled by anger at the outcome of the 2020 elections and Little’s own effort to slow the spread of the coronavirus pandemic crashed over what is already one of the most ruby-red states in America. Twenty incumbent state legislators either lost their seats or lost races to move from the House to the Senate on Tuesday. Among them: state...

LONDON (Reuters) - Heavy falls in European and Asian stock markets followed Wall Street’s worst day since mid-2020 on Thursday, as stark warnings from some of the world’s biggest retailers underscored just how hard inflation is biting. Bond markets rallied in the dive for safety and on bets that interest rate rises may get recalibrated, but it was the gloom striking down equities after Wednesday’s $25 billion wipeout in U.S. retailer Target’s shares that dominated the action. “Target and Walmart coming out with disappointing numbers has really, really spooked people,” said Close Brothers Asset Management’s Chief Investment Officer Robert Alster....

The Jewish Federation of New Mexico descended into dysfunction over the past 15 months with staff departures, board member resignations, lawsuits and complaints of volatility lodged against its executive director. Now, the organization's executive director, Rob Lennick, says he is moving on — an impending change that some say gives the Albuquerque-based federation a chance to begin anew. Whether that will happen, however, is far from clear because the problems, many say, run deep. Documents from three lawsuits and two investigations, and interviews with people involved show some staffers have complained Lennick was intimidating and, at times, hostile. And some...

Former Navy fighter pilot Ryan Graves Tuesday warned that regular UFO sightings are endangering the lives of military aviators, described the shape of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) seen by members of his squadron and said the mysterious objects must be treated "like a foreign adversary." Graves made the comments outside a House Intelligence subcommittee hearing Tuesday on UAP, the first of its kind examining mysterious flying objects since the 1960s. Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence Scott Bray and Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security Ronald Moultrie briefed lawmakers on the increasingly frequent sightings. The Pentagon officials said not...

There is an ongoing, vicious effort by a maniacal dictator to rewrite the map of Europe. Some American voices are saying "stay out – what happens there doesn’t matter to us." It all sounds too familiar. The last time this happened, it led to World War II. This time, the brave people of Ukraine and their incredible military are more than holding their own against Russian President Vladimir Putin's efforts to destroy Ukraine as an independent, sovereign democratic nation. The brutal invasion of Russia has devastated the Ukrainian economy, and Ukraine is unable to continue this fight without military aid....

Car-buyers say they received temporary tags that ultimately expired ABERDEEN, Md. — A Harford County man bought a car online from Carvana, but the sweet deal turned sour when he couldn't get the car registered in Maryland. A tow truck repossessed Jo Riedel's SUV. He expected it to happen after he told the car dealer, "I'm not going to make any more payments on this vehicle." Riedel, of Aberdeen, said he couldn't legally drive his 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander because it was never properly registered. "It's been a full year of just needless headache and feeling of being ripped off and...

(CNN) - Special counsel John Durham has used his first trial as a vehicle to air some of the Hillary Clinton campaign's dirty laundry, but that was derailed Wednesday when the campaign's top lawyer, Marc Elias, promptly used his testimony to slam Donald Trump and the FBI for how they responded to Russian interference in the 2016 election. Durham's case against a different Clinton campaign lawyer, Michael Sussmann, is the first courtroom test of his three-year probe into potential misconduct in the FBI's early Trump-Russia investigation. Sussmann has pleaded not guilty to one count of lying to the FBI during...

Since the invasion of Ukraine began, we have been tracking the responses of well over 1,200 companies, and counting. Almost 1,000 companies have publicly announced they are voluntarily curtailing operations in Russia to some degree beyond the bare minimum legally required by international sanctions — but some companies have continued to operate in Russia undeterred. Originally a simple "withdraw" vs. "remain" list, our list of companies now consists of five categories—graded on a school-style letter grade scale of A-F for the completeness of withdrawal. The list below is updated continuously by Jeffrey Sonnenfeld and his team of experts, research fellows,...

Russia's announcement of a new laser weapon system is like the Nazi's search for a "Wunderwaffe" - wonder weapon - and shows the invasion is failing ... “In the propaganda of Nazi Germany there was such a term ‘wunderwaffe’,” he said. “The clearer it became they had no chance in the war, the more propaganda there was about the wonder weapon, which would be so powerful that it would provide a turning point in the war.” “And here we see that in the third month of a full-scale war, Russia is trying to find its ‘wunderwaffe’. Allegedly a laser. All...

A Chinese national at the University of California San Diego remains in prison on attempted murder charges. Yuhao Du, a doctoral student at the public university, “entered a dual plea of not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity,” according to the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office. “The defendant remains in custody on no bail status,” Public Affairs Officer Tanya Sierra told The College Fix via email. Du (pictured) will appear back in court on July 6. An unsigned email from the university’s media relations team to The Fix stated that Du remained a student. The university did...

Anarcho Capitalism refers to the philosophy that calls for the abolition of centralized states. In its stead, the state will be replaced by a system of private property which will be maintained by private institutions and civil society. Anarcho-capitalism is truly radical in the sense that it strikes at the root of societal problems and attempts to offer solutions to these problems through market forces. Given the philosophy’s relatively young age, anarcho-capitalist thought merits a proper analysis in order for novices to fully comprehend it.
