A Miami man has been charged with sexual battery after he allegedly ran up behind a Walmart shopper and ripped her clothes off before trying to rape her. The sex attacker, who police say is Bredan Harvey, 28, of Miami Gardens, carried out the assault on the stranger in a Miami Dade store Saturday, while the victim was shopping. Harvey allegedly pulled up the woman's dress while she perused the supermarket's aisles, then grabbed her buttocks. The stunned shopper turned to face her attack her, only for the pervert to push her to the floor before grabbing at her thighs...

Explanation: What's that in the sky? An aurora. A large coronal mass ejection occurred on our Sun earlier this month, throwing a cloud of fast-moving electrons, protons, and ions toward the Earth. Part of this cloud impacted our Earth's magnetosphere and, bolstered by a sudden gap, resulted in spectacular auroras being seen at some high northern latitudes. Featured here is a particularly photogenic auroral corona captured above a forest in Sweden from a scenic perch overlooking the city of Östersund. To some, this shimmering green glow of recombining atmospheric oxygen might appear like a large whale, but feel free to...

PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) - They look harmless enough, perched on top of rooftops, soaking up some Arizona sun. But make no mistake, pigeons have a lot of friends and they don’t play nice. Pigeons are a serious problem in communities across the Valley. That’s where “Tony Hawk” comes in. The majestic bird is an expert in catching pigeons. Bladen Benson is the owner of Desert Kings Falconry, a bird control business in the Phoenix area that specializes in removing pigeons from your property. “A lot of companies out here use poisons or cages, or other traps to catch them and...

The US has been unable to determine if Russia has designated a military commander responsible for leading the country's war in Ukraine, according to multiple sources familiar with the matter — something that current and former defense officials say is likely a key contributor to the apparent clumsiness and disorganization of the Russian assault.Without a top, theater-wide commander on the ground in or near Ukraine, units from different Russian military districts operating in different parts of Ukraine appear to be competing for resources rather than coordinating their efforts, according to two US defense officials.

Teachers organized a "Pride" march inside a publicly funded government grade school -- in Texas. Note that school officials told students not to tell their parents about the "Pride" march, and to keep this "confidential" between the kids and their adult groomers: Seems like it's the Groomers themselves who are telling kids "Don't say gay," as in "Don't tell mommy and daddy we're giving you instruction in homosexuality and transgenderism." What happens in elementary school, stays in elementary school. From the social media account of the vice principle who posted the video of the elementary school "Pride" march: Why do...

AUBURN, Ala. — Conveniently timed just days before President Donald Trump’s rally in Georgia, YouTube has issued a strike on RSBN’s channel. On Tuesday afternoon, we were notified that our abilities to livestream and upload content have been suspended for one week after YouTube deleted two of our videos that allegedly violated their company policies. The banned videos include President Donald Trump’s interview with RSBN’s own Brian Glenn backstage at the South Carolina rally and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s interview with RSBN at CPAC 2022. Giving no respect to our First Amendment rights, YouTube claims these videos contain “elections misinformation”...

You all know George Floyd. Floyd was a career criminal who died under the knee of a policeman on May 25, 2020. His COD was listed as “cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression.” Although he had a lethal level of fentanyl in his blood when he died it was dismissed as a possible COD, as was his heart disease. One might be tempted to think George Floyd was the only person ever to die under the knee of a policeman (doing what he was trained to do) but one would be wrong. One might think that...

Indiana governor Eric Holcomb, a Republican, vetoed a bill on Monday that would have banned transgender athletes from playing on girls’ sports teams in K-12 schools. The bill states in part that “a male, based on a student’s biological sex at birth…may not participate on an athletic team or sport designated under this section as being a female, women’s, or girls’ athletic team or sport.” The Indiana Senate approved the legislation 32-18 earlier this month, with Holcomb saying at the time that “boys should be playing boys sports and girls should be playing girls sports.” Eleven Republican governors have signed...

Pretty much any tornado captured on video is dramatic, but when the twister flips a truck on a highway, admittedly it garners more attention. However, when the truck then lands on its wheels and drives away? That's exactly what we have in this extraordinary video from Elgin, Texas. A vicious line of storms hit the area in the evening hours, spawning multiple tornadoes according to KXAN News. One was captured on video by Brian Emfinger as it crossed a highway, filling the sky with debris and catching a red Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck in its vortex. As the video above...

In Christianity and Culture, T.S. Eliot wrote of liberalism: . . . it is something that tends to release energy rather than accumulate it, to relax, rather than to fortify. It is a movement not so much defined by its end, as by its starting point; away from, rather than towards, something definite. Our point of departure is more real to us than our destination; and the destination is likely to present a very different picture when arrived at, from the vaguer image formed in imagination. By destroying traditional social habits of the people, by dissolving their natural collective consciousness...

We hope to get it done," Schumer told reporters.

James O’Keefe on Tuesday revealed the Biden DOJ spied on Project Veritas journalists with sealed search warrants then concealed the communications from a federal judge. Project Veritas obtained legal documents from Microsoft Corporation revealing the DOJ obtained an extension on two sealed search warrants after a federal judge denied the Department’s efforts to “unsupervised and unfettered access to privileged emails and contacts of eight PV journalists.” According to O’Keefe, Judge Torres ruled that federal prosecutors must be supervised by a Special Master to protect the journalists’ First Amendment rights. The documents obtained by Project Veritas prove the DOJ went behind...

Russian troops are retreating after being repelled from a strategic Kyiv suburb, Ukraine has claimed, in a move which could stop Vladimir Putin's forces from surrounding the capital. Ukraine’s armed forces said Moscow has lost its 'offensive potential' and reinforcements were being called in from the 'depths' of Russia to help them capture Makariv, a city located 37 miles from Kyiv. Ukrainian forces have been fighting back in Makariv in order to prevent Russian forces from surrounding the capital. The armed forces claimed the 'heroic actions of our defenders' have forced Russian troops back while a counterattack in the south...
