“Your Love” is a song by the English rock band the Outfield, taken from their debut album Play Deep (1985), written by guitarist John Spinks and sung by Tony Lewis (1957–2020). The song reached #6 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1986.

I saw them in the summer of ‘86. They played Ray Wilkins Auditorium in St Paul and they opened for The Starship. Both groups were good - although I was there more for The Starship.
I remember that it was a very diverse crowd - tons of screaming teenage girls and a bunch of former 60’s people who wanted to smoke some pot and hear Grace Slick sing “White Rabbit” and “Somebody To Love”.
I guess they were trying to be like The Police.
