On Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough made clear his anger at any people who dared to offer "snarky" critiques of President Biden's "historic" handling of the Ukraine situation. And in particular, Scarborough would not tolerate any "clown" who would suggest that Donald Trump might have done a better job than Biden. Get the rest of the story and view the video now.

Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes, who backed Donald Trump’s efforts to challenge the 2020 election results, is preparing for a 2024 Senate run that could pit him against Sen. Mitt Romney in a GOP primary. Reyes, who has been elected statewide three times, in recent weeks has discussed the matter with key players in Utah politics and with allies of the former president, according to a person who is familiar with Reyes' plans. Reyes will make a final decision and likely announce his intentions in May. “Sean is very seriously considering running, regardless if Mitt runs or not,” the person...

More than a dozen House Democrats are calling on the Department of Justice to address "insider threats" that they say candidates for state and local election posts, who believe the 2020 election was stolen, pose to the nation's election systems. "Unfortunately, many of the candidates seeking to fill newly vacated state and local election posts support former President Trump's false claim that the 2020 election was stolen," wrote the Democrats, including Rep. Adam Schiff, a member of the House select committee investigating the January 6, 2021, insurrection. Reps. Deborah Ross of North Carolina, Ruben Gallego of Arizona and Terri Sewell...

Jussie Smollett's attorneys want the actor released from jail while they appeal his conviction of lying to Chicago police about a racist and homophobic attack and the 150-day jail sentence a judge handed down The way Smollett's attorneys see it, such an order is justified because it's almost certain that Smollett would complete his 150-day jail sentence — which could shrink to 75 days if he behaves himself in jail — before the appeals on the conviction and sentence are decided. They also say it's important that Smollett be released because they are worried about his mental health if he...

Prosecutors have decided they will not press charges against the white man who shot and killed his black co-worker during a camping trip. Vernango County (Pennsylvania) District Attorney Shawn White made the announcement Tuesday 'This is my call,' he added. 'I believe it's the right one.' Spencer, of Pittsburgh, was shot nine times, two bullet wounds to his buttocks and one through the neck. He was the only black man invited on a hunting trip in rural Rockland Township with four other people December 12. Spencer, who immigrated to America in 2013, worked in construction and contracting, and was asked...

Former CNN anchor Chris Cuomo is seeking a $125 million arbitration award, claiming the network wrongly terminated him, the TV host's legal team said Wednesday. Cuomo was let go after it emerged that he played an active role in advising his brother, then-New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, when the latter was fighting to stay in office as women accused him of sexual harassment. "It should, by now, be obvious to everyone that Chris Cuomo did not lie to CNN about helping his brother," Chris Cuomo's attorney Bryan Freedman said in a statement. "In fact, as the limited information released from...

Snack companies are always scrambling to figure out what the next hot flavor is, because The Market demands ever-changing options even though the perfection of sour cream and onion is right there. Chip and pretzel and puff makers experiment with making things pickle-y, or spicy, or putting spice on top of the other flavors, or making snacks taste like completely other meals, like pizza. But the latest trend isn’t a flavor at all. It’s a method, which in many ways leads to the absence of flavor, but which also is for many exactly the point. Get excited to buy burnt...

A prominent Black Lives Matter leader in Boston and her husband have been charged with using a $6,000 grant to take at-risk youth to a Philadelphia retreat on themselves — for a getaway to Maryland, restaurants and shopping sprees, among other things.

Media and Biden are setting the table for an escalation in American involvement in the Ukraine-Russia war. This must not happen. America has no business getting involved in foreign wars that don’t involve our allies. Without foreign involvement I see the following peace settlement happening - Russia will take Crimea, Ukraine will recognize Donbas independence, Ukraine will not join the EU or NATO, and then the war will be over. The only problem is that the idiot Zelensky is saying no to Russia’s reasonable demands. And these demands are reasonable. In fact, the Russian claim to Crimea, at a minimum...

President Biden on Wednesday approved an additional $800 million in military aid for Ukraine, saying the United States is "answering" Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's call for more help, while warning of a "long and difficult battle" ahead against Russia. The additional $800 million comes on top of the $200 million in funding that was announced Saturday. The new package includes 800 Stinger anti-aircraft systems; 2,000 Javelins, 1,000 light anti-armor weapons and 6,000 AT-4 anti-armor systems; 100 unmanned drones; 100 grenade launchers, 5,000 rifles, 1,000 pistols, 400 machine guns, and 400 shotguns; more than 20 million rounds of small arms ammunition...

One of the most controversial bills to go through the legislature this session is HB 1557, described by progressive groups such as the HRC, the “Don’t Say Gay” bill. The upset is over the idea that this bill is anti LGBTQ+ and that it aims to prevent children from hearing about diverse families and any person who isn’t from a standard nuclear family. The question is, is any of the rhetoric true? Here are some questions and answers from the House staff that explain the truth about the bill. Question: Does the bill say not to use the word gay?

There is relative global unanimity that Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine has not gone according to plan... According to U.S. and foreign sources, the purge of those responsible for the disaster — other than Putin himself — has already begun. Some generals reportedly are being relieved of command and top intelligence officers placed under house arrest. This is just the start; more purges are almost certain to come, and those at risk know it. It therefore makes sense to expect that those waiting for the axe to fall might try to justify themselves — to document that they are not...

Republican Texas Sen. Ted Cruz ripped the National Basketball Association (NBA) Tuesday after fining the Brooklyn Nets $50,000 for allowing an unvaccinated Kyrie Irving to step inside the locker room. “One final example for just how asinine this is: the NBA just fined Kyrie Irving $50,000 because [of] their rules, the rules of New York City,” Cruz said. “Here’s how idiotic it is: Kyrie Irving could go to a game, could sit in the stands not being vaccinated, which he did. That was perfectly okay. But if he actually plays, that’s not permissible.” “Because apparently in addition to Diet Coke...
