Pelosi sparks new SOTU meme during Biden ‘burn pits’ moment House Speaker Nancy Pelosi drew massive attention on social media during President Biden’s State of the Union address Tuesday evening for her oddly giddy reaction to Biden’s remarks about “burn pits” in the Middle East. During his address, the president outlined four items in a “Unity Agenda for the Nation” that included support for US veterans. “My administration is providing assistance with job training and housing, and now helping lower-income veterans get VA care debt-free,” Biden said. “Our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan faced many dangers. One was stationed at...

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Nearly all members of Cleveland police’s bomb squad are leaving the unit because of concerns about safety and supervision, according to the city’s police union. Cleveland Police Patrolmen’s Association President Jeff Follmer said at least six of the eight-member team have requested to leave the unit over the past few days. He said police officials have no power to force them to remain in the unit. Follmer said bomb squad officers are concerned with the sergeant in charge of the unit after several recent incidents and tactics he deployed during calls. During a Jan. 5 training exercise...

Today, Canada. Tomorrow, California? If that state's Democrats have their way, the Golden State could well become this nation's version of the Great White North. Two bills introduced five days apart in the Assembly, the Legislature's lower house, expose the Democrats' plan to exploit COVID-19 to seize absolute power. On Feb. 10, four Assembly members introduced AB 1993, a bill that would force anybody with a job -- whether full-time employees or independent contractors -- to prove they were vaccinated against COVID-19. The bill states its provisions would expire when “the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Advisory...

Last week, Texas federal judge Jeremy Kernodle struck down part of a Biden administration rule on surprise medical billing. In 2020, Congress passed the “No Surprises Act,” to establish a process to resolve billing disputes through independent dispute resolution. Judge Kernodleruledthat the process the administration set up with its interim final rule (IFR) went against the text of the 2020 law. What was originally meant to address a legitimate problem in the medical space has been badly bungled by the administration, with effects that will reverberate across the healthcare ecosystem. After the passage of the No Surprises Act, patients would...

The shame of the State of the Union. Absolutely unconscionable that there was no tribute to the thirteen service members or their families killed in Afghanistan. Instead a child diabetic was honored.

Just like that, the world is a different place. Its scary times ahead. As a 47-year old, in my lifetime I cannot remember a more serious time of conflict. Like many worldwide praying for Ukraine, I worry about what Russia’s action means for the State of Israel. Prime Minister Naftali Bennett avoided condemning the Russian invasion of Ukraine — or even mentioning Russia by name - saying “The world order as we know it is changing. The world is much less stable, and our region too is changing every day.” And while the world has changed, Ukraine is fighting...

As fighting involving Russia and Ukraine enters its sixth day, Germany is starting to reconsider its decision to dial back its reliance on nuclear power in an effort to secure its energy supply which is presently dependent on natural gas imports from the Russian Federation. Reversing an earlier policy adopted under former Chancellor Angela Merkel, Germany has decided to extend the lifespan of its remaining nuclear power plants, according to Economy Minister Robert Habeck. It’s part of a broader plan for Germany to derive 100% of its energy from “renewable” sources by 2035. Previously, Germany had planned to shutter its...

A confused political hack from Delaware staged a one-man insurrection by invading the sacred precincts of the Capitol building, hijacking all the TV networks, and yelling that the planet would be destroyed unless we gave him all our money so he could burn it and turn it into green energy. Joseph Robinette Biden Jr, who loves the sound of his voice more than his crackhead son or the bastard grandchild of a stripper, had already inflicted the second longest opening address in the history of this nation with a 2021 marathon address that killed more brain cells than meth. Like...

---SNIP--- Schumer started to clap before he stopped himself, looked across the aisle, smirked and sat back down. Schumer again shot out of his chair, this time joined by many of his Democratic colleagues ,and began giving Biden thunderous applause. Schumer's caught-on-camera false start was widely shared on social media as Biden's speech continued.

When Russian President Vladimir Putin launched his first invasion of Ukraine in 2014, in which Crimea was annexed, his popularity ratings soared in Russia. ... It hasn’t taken long for ordinary Russians to feel the pain of sanctions and Putin’s invasion of Ukraine. The ruble has again plummeted against the dollar, prompting Russia’s central bank to raise interest rates to 20% on Monday, from 9.5%. The move prompted desperate Russians to queue at banks and ATMs in a bid to withdraw their money in haste.

Not wanting to sound hyperbolic, but I am starting to conclude that the nuclear madmen running the U.S./NATO New Cold War they started decades ago are itching to start a nuclear war with Russia. Their hypocrisy and nihilistic thirst for death and destruction are so extreme that it boggles my mind. They accuse Russia of starting a New Cold War when they did so decades ago and have been pushing the envelope ever since. Now they act shocked that Russia, after many years of patience, has struck back in Ukraine. In 2017, Oliver Stone released his four-part interviews with Russian...

Election integrity watchdog Phill Kline said: "And now we have videotaped depositions and interviews with their family members saying, 'My loved one hasn't been able to vote for years and has been deemed to be incompetent.'" ***************************************************************************************** The special counsel investigating suspected irregularities in Wisconsin's 2020 election has found that 91 nursing homes in the counties of Milwaukee, Racine, Dane, Kenosha, and Brown had voter turnout rates ranging from 95% to a 100% in 2020 — as compared to overall nationwide participation rates of 67% in 2020 and 60% in 2016. The nursing home data only reflects voting at the...

Putin planned to seize Kiev in one day and give power to Yanukovych: the plane with the fugitive was already in Rostov. Exclusive Russian President Vladimir Putin planned to "take" Kiev in one day. At that time, the plane with the fugitive president of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych, was already in Rostov-ready to fly to Kiev to declare himself "president". Since the Russian dictator's operation in Ukraine failed, he seems to have decided to go from the other side. OBOZREVATEL learned about this from its own sources. Note that the Russian Federation brutally invaded Ukraine in the early morning of February...
