The events of the past five or six years have demonstrated to America that the FBI is no longer the unbiased law enforcement agency it once was. Between the Hillary Clinton investigation-in-name-only, the Crossfire Hurricane hoax, the targeting of Americans as domestic terrorists, and playing three blind mice with the Biden graft machine, the bureau’s issues can’t be ignored any longer. If we don’t take corrective action soon, the FBI will finish its transition from law enforcement to being a political functionary advancing the interests of one party. There are only two options: rehabilitate the FBI, or eliminate it. The...

CLEVELAND (WJW) – The surge in COVID-19 cases is impacting Christmas plans at churches across Northeast Ohio. Almost all houses of worship are now offering some form of livestreaming service and encouraging people to follow safety protocols. “We thought we were on the move to putting this behind us and, of course, we had to adjust expectations, change our lives and plans around this medical situation,” said Fr. Bill O’Connell at the historic St. Augustine Church in Tremont. The Catholic Diocese of Cleveland has asked those who are unvaccinated or at risk to continue wearing a facial covering. Anyone who...

Hundreds of flights have been canceled between Christmas Eve and Christmas Day – with one airline blaming Omicron’s toll on staffing. United Airlines canceled about 120 flights Friday and another 28 on Saturday, the company said. “The nationwide spike in Omicron cases this week has had a direct impact on our flight crews and the people who run our operation,” a United Airlines spokesperson told The Post. The company said they are reaching out to customers affected by the cancellations before they head to the airport. Delta Air Lines is also facing cancellations on the same two days. As of...

It’s a holiday treat on Italian-American tables, this and every Christmas — sweet loaves of bread known as panettone. Shopping for one this year, you’ll find the prices range from humble, to high end. CBS2’s Tony Aiello decided to put a $60 panettone to the test — a taste test. At Cosmo Deli in Mamaroneck, the approach of Christmas brings stacks of panettone, an Italian bread that helps make a “Buon Natale.” “They’re moving. We sold a ton of them and they’re still going,” owner Pat Colalillo said. While the sweet loaves with candied fruit typically sell for $7 to...

A CNN corresponded said Wednesday that Joe Biden 'seemed confused' in his ABC News interview earlier this week, when the president appeared to mix up COVID-19 at-home tests and antiviral pills. Biden, 79, spoke to ABC's David Muir for 20 minutes in an interview that aired on Wednesday and defended his administration against criticism of its handling of the pandemic and readiness for the rapidly spreading Omicron variant, but also admitting that there were certain mistakes made. When asked about complaints that the lines to get tested for COVID-19 were excessive, with waits of over five hours in New York...

A group of Black Lives Matter activists told Indiana middle school students during a spring 2020 lecture that they live in a world where 'crime is made up' and black people are more likely to be 'enslaved' for their actions. Video of the talk - which featured Indy10 BLM activists Jessica Louise, Kyra Jay Harvey, Michelle Anastasia and Leah Derray - was recently leaked by Tony Kinnett, district science coordinator and instructional coach for Indianapolis Public Schools. The footage shows how teachers permitted the guest speakers to tell students they were living in a 'misogynistic, masculine society' that uses white...

Ten out of 13 members of the Prairie Du Pont Volunteer Fire Department quit at a fire district board meeting on Monday night after a convicted arsonist was appointed acting fire chief. The Prairie Du Pont Volunteer Fire Protection District Board of Trustees met in East Carondelet on Dec. 20 and fired Prairie Du Pont Volunteer Fire Chief John Rosencranz, KTVI reported. The board gave no reason for the termination as they replaced Chief Rosencranz with Prairie Du Pont Volunteer Fire Assistant Chief Jerame Simmons, who was sitting at the same table. In a statement released after the meeting on...

State officials in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania who sought to block transparency and accountability over the 2020 election were handed a defeat on Thursday, according to the non-profit legal foundation The Amistad Project. “The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has ruled in favor of The Amistad Project and Fulton County, Pennsylvania, allowing the county to send its Dominion voting machines to the State Senate for inspection on January 10,” the group stated in a press release. “The court recognized that it was improper to demand that the county – which owns the machines, and has the responsibility of running the election...

"If you are one of those people who wants more Joe Biden, Tuesday was your lucky day. The president delivered a double dose by holding forth on two distinct topics bedeviling his presidency. The first was a long-winded, dreary and convoluted planned address on his administration’s response to the rapid spread of the Omicron variant. It dealt with life and death, but was delivered in an obligatory manner, as if he would have rather spent the time getting to know his new pet dog. The second dose of Biden came during a brief question-and-answer session with reporters afterward, and it...

On Wednesday, U.S. Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) released his 2021 “Festivus” Report, which detailed a total of $52,598,515,585 in government waste. Paul is chairman of the Emerging Threats and Spending Oversight (ETSO) Subcommittee for the Homeland Security and is on the Governmental Affairs Committee (HSGAC). This marks Dr. Paul’s and the subcommittee’s seventh edition of the Festivus Report , which the Senator described as a way to “alert the American people to how their federal government uses their hard-earned money.” Areas of spending are broken down into various sections, including COVID-related spending, Afghanistan, and miscellaneous expenditure. Examples include $11.3 million...

“I am asymptomatic,” Clyburn shared on Twitter, urging Americans to get vaccinated and boosted. “No one is immune.” Fully vaccinated House Majority Whip James Clyburn announced on Twitter Wednesday that he tested positive for COVID-19. “This is a breakthrough case, and I am asymptomatic,” the South Carolina congressman shared in a statement. “America is in a new phase of this pandemic. As reported by...

"Los Angeles mother and young adult author Jennifer Chen says she's "so proud" that her daughter has decided to announce that she is non-binary and prefers to use they/them/he pronouns. The child, kindergarten-age Claire, now wants to be called "Clark" and asks those around to refer to her as Chen's "kid" or "son who is non-binary." Chen shared the family's holiday card on Instagram in late November. The card features Chen, her husband Brendan Hay, and their twins, Chloe and Clark. "I'd like you all to meet Clark (formerly known as Claire)," Chen captioned the family photo. "Clark prefers they/them/he...

Property owners and businesses in York are being encouraged to display new signs to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Dr. Matthew Howie, with the city health bureau, said the signs are a way to remind people of the importance of masks and social distancing. The new graphics can be downloaded from a city website and printed. "Historically, businesses have been very open to this sort of messaging," he said. There are five messages, including one that says, "Masks still help." Another says, "Spread kindness, not COVID-19. " "This is one of the challenging messages to get out there because...

"Months ago, the Taliban drove American forces from Afghanistan. The Biden administration fled the nation abandoning billions of dollars worth of military hardware to the enemy and deserting American citizens and loyal Afghans trapped in Taliban territory. The Taliban are now hard at work transforming Afghanistan into a 6th-century nightmare and offering sanctuary to the world’s most dangerous terrorist groups. And Democratic lawmakers on Capitol Hill want to respond to all this by handing the Taliban $9.4 billion. Monday a group of mostly Democratic lawmakers wrote a letter to Joe Biden, pressing him to ease sanctions and unblock the Afghan...

At the CVS down the street, the lines are very long to buy home Covid testing kits, $24 a pop, limit four per customer. Everyone seemed to be buying four. Employees cannot restock fast enough. We can speculate why. Are businesses demanding negative tests from the unvaccinated? Is Omicron sweeping the country and people need to confirm? Do we have another round of disease panic happening? It’s most likely that everyone in line has a different answer. My intuition, for what it is worth: this virus is everywhere. Lots of people are sick. Do you have some sense that we’ve...

During his marathon annual year-end press conference Q&A, which this year lasted about four hours, Russian President Vladimir Putin once again vowed to defend Russian society against the intrusion of the corrupted values of the West, in particular blasting the "gender obscurantism" pushed by the United States and Europe."I am a proponent of the traditional approach that a woman is a woman and a man is a man," Putin laid out, which it goes without saying also reflects basic Biology 101 and humans' self-understanding for thousands upon thousands of years. He continued in the remarks on gender: "A mother is...
