The enduring mystery of the Kyle Rittenhouse criminal trial, which went to a jury Tuesday, has been the identity of "Jump Kick Man." As Rittenhouse ran away from a crowd of people, he testified that one of the pursuers hit him in the head with his skateboard. When Rittenhouse fell to the ground, Jump Kick Man flew through the air and stomped on his head. Rittenhouse fired two shots at Jump Kick Man, but missed. Almost immediately, the man who had struck Rittenhouse with his skateboard, Anthony Huber, hit him with the skateboard again, and Rittenhouse fired a single round,...

LAST MONDAY, a Democratic firm hosted focus groups with women in Virginia who voted in 2017 for Democratic Gov. Ralph Northam, in 2020 for Democratic President Joe Biden, and then this month for Republican Gov.-elect Glenn Youngkin. It was centered on suburban women: a group that pivoted significantly to the right in the governor’s election. Consultant Danny Barefoot said that Anvil Strategies called roughly 30,000 people in Virginia. Most didn’t answer, but several hundred of them fit the criteria he was looking for: people who voted Democrat, Democrat, Republican in the last three elections. Those people were called back and...

“We must act now to strengthen disease surveillance systems and close immunity gaps, before travel and trade return to pre-pandemic levels, to prevent deadly measles outbreaks and mitigate the risk of other vaccine-preventable diseases,” Kevin Cain, global immunization director for the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, said in a prepared statement issued Wednesday. Specifically, disease detection and diagnostics diverted to support COVID-19 responses, coupled with large numbers of unvaccinated children and persistent global pockets of measles outbreaks, have increased the “likelihood of measles-related deaths and serious complications in children,” Cain added. According to the CDC, the last widespread...

Cardinal Health will test the use of drones to expedite its delivery of medications and inhalers to pharmacies, The Wall Street Journal reported. Six details: The pharmaceutical distributor partnered with medical product delivery company Zipline International, which will operate the drones. The pilot program will begin in 2022 outside Charlotte, N.C., pending approval from the Federal Aviation Administration. The drones, which look like miniature planes, will be about 6 feet from head to tail and will have 11-foot wingspans, according to the Journal. They will fly 300 to 400 feet above ground and use parachutes to drop shipments into landing...

Does Joe Biden want Kamala Harris to be his vice president anymore? There are rumors that he doesn’t. “Joe Biden’s relationship with Kamala Harris is in crisis, with her staff furious that she is being ‘sidelined,’ while the president’s team are increasingly frustrated by how she is playing with American public,” reports the Daily Mail. “Harris’ approval rating has plunged even further than Biden’s in recent months, with rumors swirling that the president is considering appointing her to the Supreme Court as a backdoor method of selecting a new VP.” Wait, what? Really? Something doesn’t smell right here. The Daily...

Fuel prices are one of the major causes of the Biden inflation surge that is reducing the spending power of Americans. The price of crude oil has surged 104% over the past year, and gasoline prices have increased by over 60%. This means that people are not only paying more for their personal fuel needs, but also for other items they need to buy that require energy to manufacture and/or transport—which is basically everything. The Biden Administration has been begging OPEC+ nations to up their oil production, hoping they will increase the market supply and lower prices. But the oil-producing cartel...

How many federal agencies do we pay for? I bet you think, as I once did, that a quick internet search would tell. But researching for an essay a couple of years ago, I found numbers varying from 78 to 158, and websites saying the exact number was impossible to determine. Looking at the USA.gov website recently, I discovered a tab for Federal Agencies A to Z (actually there are none past W). Scrolling around the list for two days, subtracting duplicate listings, like Useless Policy, Office of and Office of Useless Policy, I counted 456 (and a few more...

I began to really look around to try and figure out who was all actually there that day. There were no Black folks — at all. There were some, but they were so rare that I could spend 5 or 10 minutes people-watching, actively looking, and maybe find one Black person. In fact, it wasn’t until late in the day that I saw a whole family. Clearly, something had happened: We were all needed elsewhere for the culture, and I had missed the memo. This attendance disparity was also new to me. I could swear Black folks liked Disneyland as...

KENOSHA, WI—Moments before reading the verdict, the twelve jurors in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse asked if the defendant would please step outside and defend the courthouse. “We, the jury will perform our constitutional duty and declare the verdict in this case,” said one sweating juror, “But we, the jury also don’t want to die.” “Objection, your honor, Rittenhouse does not possess an AR-15 to defend the courthouse; I have the AR-15,” said the prosecutor, swinging the weapon wildly about as onlookers nervously ducked behind benches. “Besides, protestors are heroes, people of upstanding character, and victims.”

SNIP Grable’s daughter Victoria Colucci recently opened up to Closer Weekly about her late mother and why the actress felt honored to be loved by the troops. “She would just say that she was a dancer who could act,” Colucci said. “But she felt that one of her greatest accomplishments in life was bringing a little happiness to our soldiers.” “She would get letters from soldiers and she’d reply,” she continued. “She was proud to help light up the world when it was so dark.”

Not content with overfishing its own coastline in a non-sustainable way, China has now turned to unethical pirate fishing in the territorial waters of less powerful nations around the world. Chinese fishermen turn off their GPS transponders that can be traced electronically, send out false electronic signals, violate U.N. maritime law, enter the sovereign fishing territory of foreign nations, illegally fish with slave-like labor, and then escape to international waters with their catch. Some fishing fleets are so large that they can be seen from space. For China, world fishing is now like the wild west, with a value in billions...

New York Times economist Paul Krugman appears to have finally admitted defeat on the issue of inflation, adding another notch to his belt of being consistently wrong on economic issues. In a shocking Tweet, Krugman conceded: “I got inflation wrong; I didn't see the current surge coming. But why? I didn't think the fiscal stimulus early this year would boost demand as much as [economist Larry Summers] et al predicted.”

Move aside, Donald Trump. Biden’s own White House Chief of Staff has tweeted something far more damaging to his administration than the former president ever did. In case you missed it, President Biden’s unlawful federal vaccine mandate has been getting hammered in the courts. The Biden administration recently suffered a devastating ruling that held the mandate suffered from “grave statutory and constitutional” defects. In the course of The Fifth District Court of Appeals maintaining its emergency temporary stay of the federal vaccine mandate over the objections of the Biden administration, the court found that the White House’s own chief of...

As Joe Biden’s federal vaccine mandate gets ripped apart in the courts, his own White House Chief of Staff has retweeted a very damaging message on social media. The courts found that the White House’s own chief of staff had a shady reason for supporting the mandate. This was hidden in a footnote inside the 22-page ruling. White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain retweeted a message that explains why Biden is forcing employees to get vaccinated. “OSHA doing this vaxx mandate as an emergency workplace safety rule is an ultimate work-around for the Federal govt to require vaccinations,” Klain...

It was catalogued as an “antique carved wooden bird” when it was auctioned for £75 in 2019. Now it has been identified as Anne Boleyn’s heraldic emblem, the 16th-century royal falcon that probably adorned her private apartments at Hampton Court Palace – only to be removed after Henry VIII ordered her execution and the eradication of all traces of her...The exquisite and richly decorated oak carving is in such extraordinary condition that it even bears its original gilding and colour scheme. In 1536, barely three years after it was made, Boleyn was beheaded on bogus adultery charges – just because...

A 30-year-old man was shot and killed in front of his children as they walked home from a family gathering. “James was an amazing guy,” said his brother Billy Vargas as he began to weep. “All I keep hearing in my head is my mom — ‘Take (care of) your brother he’ll always be by your side.” James Vargas was walking to get tacos with his wife and two children early Sunday morning when a man approached the father and shot him. The murder took place in South Los Angeles on the corner of Central Avenue and 92nd Street. Witnesses...

As the data continues to come in regarding the experimental COVID-19 shots, it is abundantly clear now that pretty much EVERYTHING the FDA and the CDC have told the public about these shots is a LIE!Dr. Gérard Delépine from France, whom we have featured often here at Health Impact News over the years, has just published a study based on public data from the countries with the highest vaccination rates that clearly shows that the COVID-19 shots are hospitalizing people and killing people at higher rates than countries who have adopted early treatment protocols without the use of vaccines. This is...

Eight residents at a Connecticut nursing home have died in a COVID-19 outbreak at the facility in less than seven weeks, administrators said.
