KENOSHA, Wis. (AP) — The first man shot and killed by Kyle Rittenhouse on the streets of Kenosha was acting “belligerently” that night but did not appear to pose a serious threat to anyone, a witness testified Friday at Rittenhouse’s murder trial. Jason Lackowski, a former Marine who said he took an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle to Kenosha last year to help protect property during violent protests against racial injustice, said that Joseph Rosenbaum “asked very bluntly to shoot him” and took a few “false steppings ... to entice someone to do something.” Lackowski got up from the witness stand and...

It just dawned upon me this morning that Joe Biden, our current resident of the Oval Office, (60% of the time-maybe) has actually accomplished an amazing feat: HE HAS UNITED THE ENTIRE COUNTRY IN MOCKING HIM. That feat is very difficult for me to wrap my head around but more and more people across the fruited plains, from sea to shining sea, are waking up and realizing just how much Biden and his minions hate America and want to destroy it forever. Even the folks at the G-20 photo op did The Time Warp: JUST A JUMP TO THE LEFT...

Four Neolithic “chalk plaques” were discovered near Stonehenge between 1968–2017. A new study has shown that the ancient illustrations on the Stonehenge plaques are much more than just abstract patterns. The Stonehenge plaques were buried in a pit about 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) from England’s most famous ancient monument. English Heritage scientists have dated the plaques to between 2900 BC and 2580 BC. The new study has called these four ancient art works “some of the most spectacular chalk designs ever discovered in Britain.” According to an article on Silent Earth , the plaque pit in which the artworks were...

A Los Angeles Unified School District mandate went into effect Sunday that requires students who want to play sports to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, the Los Angeles Times reported. And with that, Crenshaw High School's football team — which possesses a storied history as five-time city champions — saw its season abruptly end, the paper said. Why? The mandate states that football teams need at least 18 fully vaccinated players to compete, the Times said, but Crenshaw has only 13 players who are fully vaccinated. And that's "insufficient eligible players," according to a LAUSD statement, KTTV-TV reported. The Cougars...

"Where parental consent is required, health workers should allow older children and adolescents to provide assent to the vaccination," the document states. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Globalist white papers published by the UN’s World Health Organization (WHO) in 2014 detail a sneaky approach to bypassing parental consent when it comes to vaccinating children ages 6-17. The document, titled, “Considerations regarding consent in vaccinating children and adolescents between 6 and 17 years old,” explains how to deal with that population group which “may present for vaccination without an accompanying parent or legal guardian.” The paper gives a normal description of “consent” before describing “assent”...

(Reuters) – Britain becomes the first country in the world to approve a COVID antiviral pill developed by Merck Britain’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) recommended the drug, molnupiravir, for use in people with mild to moderate COVID-19 and at least one risk factor for developing severe illness, such as obesity, older age diabetes, and heart disease. It will be administered as soon as possible following a positive COVID-19 test and within five days of the onset of symptoms, the regulator said, citing clinical data. The green light is the first for an oral antiviral treatment for COVID-19...

I’m hoping that we still have a majority of Americans who remember enough about Nazi Germany to be able to explain who the gestapo were and why they were evil to their children. Even though I know public education has declined to the point to either not mention this period of time or somehow define conservatives as Nazis, I remain hopeful enough of you can combat the lies and expose the truth to the next generation. The NEW delusion leftists are repeating from their “information overlords” is that the Supreme Court has in fact given OSHA the power to demand...

There are many reasons I am excited about last night's barn-burner election results in the Virginia governor's race. First and foremost it is a clean, direct repudiation of the insanity that has overtaken school boards in Virginia, especially the divisive, toxic and dangerous agenda that is Critical Race Theory. And it is a devastating kill shot for a Democratic party that has gone so far off track from where normal, rational mainstream Americans currently are. There is truly no way for anyone to spin this any other way (although just a quick glance at Twitter will show that some of...

Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm touted funding in the bipartisan infrastructure bill for direct-air capture demonstration projects, calling the provision “really exciting” during an address at the COP26 international climate summit in Glasgow Friday, While Granholm touted the Energy Department’s current work on carbon reduction, she said that “what’s really exciting is what’s being voted on today, I hope, in Congress, cross our fingers.” Democratic leaders are hoping to hold House votes Friday on the bipartisan infrastructure bill and a separate social spending and climate measure. The former would go straight to the White House for President Biden's signature if it...

Besides the strong headline print today of 531K, which came above 10 of the 75 forecasts in the Bloomberg economist survey, the other notable highlight was the dramatic prior month revisions which saw the Sept print revised from 194K to 312K, while August rose from 366K to 483K resulting in a combined 235,000 upward revision for the two prior months. This shouldn't come as a surprise: last month, when looking at the dismal 194K (pre-revision) September print, we said that "next month the BLS will revise its seasonal adjustment model to account for the easing in the pandemic, and reverse...

Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly, a Democrat, came out on Friday against President Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for businesses with 100 or more employees, saying she doesn't think it’s the “correct” or “most effective” move. The Democratic governor, who is up for reelection next year, said she appreciates “the intention to keep people safe” but doesn’t think the administration’s vaccinate-or-test requirements serve as a “solution for Kansas.” “It is too late to impose a federal standard now that we have already developed systems and strategies that are tailored for our specific needs,” she said.

Thursday was a rough day for Moderna shares after the company released revenue figures and FY guidance that deeply disappointed Wall Street expectations (potentially destroying the reputation of financier Steve Weiss, arguably Moderna's biggest promoter on Wall Street, in the process). But on Friday, Pfizer - Moderna's biggest rival - rubbed Moderna's nose in it by announcing a revolutionary new oral COVID antiviral similar to the Merck 'miracle pill' that won approval from UK regulators yesterday. The news sent Pfizer's stock surging, while Moderna and Merck shares tumbled, during premarket trade. Pfizer shares were trading up 11%+:The key takeaway from the...
