As is the case in other electric cars, the Mustang Mach-E keeps its 12-volt lead-acid battery topped up by essentially sipping power from the much larger lithium-ion battery pack. Based on owners’ accounts across multiple forum threads, including one who spoke to The Verge, the problem is this stops happening whenever the Mustang Mach-E is plugged in to charge up the larger battery pack. That is especially an issue for owners in areas with cold weather, as Ford encourages them to leave their Mustang Mach-Es plugged in so the SUVs can use power from the grid to warm up before driving.FORD...

“We sent six samples from around Kenya to laboratories in South Africa. They tested positive for the HCG antigen,” Dr. Muhame Ngare of the Mercy Medical Centre in Nairobi told LifeSiteNews. “They were all laced with HCG.” Dr. Ngare, spokesman for the Kenya Catholic Doctors Association, stated in a bulletin released November 4, “This proved right our worst fears; that this WHO campaign is not about eradicating neonatal tetanus but a well-coordinated forceful population control mass sterilization exercise using a proven fertility regulating vaccine. This evidence was presented to the Ministry of Health before the third round of immunization but...

What remains of traditional conservatism? Should we concede defeat and see the great conservative figures of the past as women and men of beauty who had their say but who are now relegated to some obscure museum of lost humanist causes? No! To my mind, these voices have never been more needed and more relevant

Rep. Liz Cheney R-Wyo., chair of the House GOP Conference, warned Sunday that President Joe Biden’s infrastructure plan will ultimately wind up raising taxes on the middle class. In an interview on CBS News’ “Face The Nation,” Cheney said the whole bill will have to be “redone” if it’s going to win bipartisan support. “You are certainly going to see in addition to the corporate tax increases in the bill, you'll see middle-class tax increases,” she said of the $2.3 trillion proposal.”

BEIJING (AP) — In a rare admission of the weakness of Chinese coronavirus vaccines, the country’s top disease control official says their effectiveness is low and the government is considering mixing them to get a boost. Chinese vaccines “don’t have very high protection rates,” said the director of the China Centers for Disease Control, Gao Fu, at a conference Saturday in the southwestern city of Chengdu. Beijing has distributed hundreds of millions of doses abroad while trying to promote doubt about the effectiveness of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine made using the previously experimental messenger RNA, or mRNA, process. “It’s now under...

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on April 11 that it would be a “serious mistake” for the Chinese regime to attack Taiwan and expressed “real concern” about Beijing’s growing intimidation against the island. In an interview on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” however, Blinken stopped short of saying whether the United States would respond militarily if the Chinese regime were to seize Taiwan by force, saying he wasn’t “going to get into hypotheticals.” “All I can tell you is we have a serious commitment to Taiwan being able to defend itself,” he said, referring to the United States’ obligations...

The prevention and control of African swine fever has become normal practise in mainland China but official reports on the African swine fever epidemic in China have been sporadic, seemingly with the intention of downplaying the seriousness of the problem. On April 7, Henan Shuanghui Investment and Development Co., Ltd., a leading company in China’s meat industry, revealed on an investor interactive platform that the African swine fever epidemic will be an uncertain factor affecting the price trend of live pigs this year and needs close attention. China had a large-scale outbreak of African swine fever from August 2018 to...

Is Joe Biden following Paul Von Hindenburg’s path? Let’s see. Hindenburg, second President of Germany facilitated turning Germany from the most liberal Western republic that it was in late 1800s into a national-socialist dictatorship of 1930s and 40s that later transformed itself onto a monster responsible for genocide of unprecedented proportions.

Rep. Michael Waltz (R-Fla.) sent a letter to West Point’s superintendent, Lt. Gen. Darryl Williams about “information” that recently came to his “attention from unsettled soldiers, cadets, and families that raises serious concerns about the U.S. Army’s introduction of elements of critical race theory into cadet instruction.” “While we should always eradicate extremism of all forms from our ranks and never tolerate racism, I am alarmed that this doctrine that focuses our future leaders on race in ways that will be detrimental to unit cohesion, destructive to morale, and strain the readiness of our armed forces,” according to the letter....

On Thursday, House Representative Andy Biggs of Arizona introduced a bill called the No Vaccine Passports Act to Congress that would ban federal agencies from issuing vaccine passports documenting a person's COVID-19 vaccine status. In a statement issued by Congressman Biggs, he said that we was "profoundly disturbed" at the considerations, and called them an invasion of privacy. "I am profoundly disturbed that the Biden Administration would even consider imposing vaccine passports on the American people. My private healthcare decisions—and yours—are nobody else’s business. Vaccine passports will not help our nation recover from COVID-19; instead, they will simply impose more...

The U.S. Navy has drawn criticism for updating its Twitter bio to depict an eagle wearing a face mask in a reference to the coronavirus pandemic. The change to the Navy logo was spotted by Twitter users on Friday, drawing mockery and accusations that the nation's adversaries would be 'laughing' at the update. The logo, a stylized version of the unofficial Navy emblem that dates back to the 1970s, shows an eagle holding an anchor in its talons. The updated version depicts a blue mask covering the eagle's beak. 'Why desecrate the US Navy logo with a mask? It's a...

You accept these impositions in silence, and then wonder what happened to the land of the free and home of the brave America has become a strange and intolerant place. America. The country that says it is racist to expect black Americans to identify themselves when they go to vote, but don’t find it racist to insult black Americans by suggesting they are not capable of obtaining identification cards or documents.

Australia’s regulator is assessing early data about the Novavax vaccine, which has a high chance of becoming the country’s third vaccine against COVID-19. The Therapeutics Goods Administration in January granted a provisional determination to Biocelect Pty Ltd, on behalf of Novavax Inc. This meant Novavax was eligible to apply for provisional registration, the first step in the complex and technical assessment process. While Novavax’s phase three trials – conducted mainly in the UK and US – are not complete, interim data is being made available as it emerges. Interim results suggest it has 95.6 per cent efficacy against COVID-19, dropping...

Michigan’s Thumb region is the hottest of U.S. hot spots for coronavirus right now. But at Mark’s Barbershop in the small downtown of Sandusky, masks are optional. “Just so you know, you don’t have to wear that if you don’t want to,” owner Mark Heberling says as a masked visitor walks through door. Across the street at the Downtown Deli, an sign at the entry says: “If we see you without a mask, we will assume you have a medical condition and we will welcome inside.” The same philosophy holds true down the road at the Sandusky Family Diner, a...

Explanation: What happens when two black holes collide? This extreme scenario occurs in the centers of many merging galaxies and multiple star systems. The featured video shows a computer animation of the final stages of such a merger, while highlighting the gravitational lensing effects that would appear on a background starfield. The black regions indicate the event horizons of the dynamic duo, while a surrounding ring of shifting background stars indicates the position of their combined Einstein ring. All background stars not only have images visible outside of this Einstein ring, but also have one or more companion images visible...

My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell said that he has employed private investigators to probe into Fox News because the outlet, according to him, rejected the idea of reporting on election fraud allegations. He expressed suspicion about the channel’s unwillingness to take him on to talk about allegations of voter fraud software and hardware corporations in an interview with Steve Banon’s War Room. “I’ve hired private investigators and I’ve spent a lot of money on them to investigate everything,” Lindell said. “The bots and trolls, who’s behind them? Why is Facebook involved, Wikipedia involved? And then the big question: Why isn’t...
