Memphis, Tenn. — A Memphis man is behind bars after police said he admitted to firing shots at 2 people on a busy Memphis interstate. Memphis Police said that just after midnight Wednesday morning 37-year-old Hurrie Gilliam sat outside of the Mote 6 on East Brooks Road and watched a man and woman leave the motel.
