A father who posted a video of himself pulling his son out of a "walkout" protesting operations by United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) tore into the Highline School Board in Washington state on Wednesday.
Hundreds of students in the Seattle-area school district took part in the Feb. 2 walkout, some of whose parents backed the protest, according to the Seattle Times. Vance Glawe, who drove to the protest to pull his son, a seventh-grade student at Cascade Middle School, out of the event, confronted members of the school board with fiery remarks during his two-minute address.
"My name is Vance Glawe and on the afternoon of February 2, 2026, my 14 year old child called me. He was not at school. He was not sick. He was in the middle of White Center, Washington, in the middle of a protest that was organized for his middle school," Glawe told the members of the board during their Wednesday meeting in video that went viral when it was posted on X by LibsofTikTok.

When I went to school, we needed permission from our parents before taking any outings.
Silly me. I thought when I dropped my kids off at school, that’s where they would be for the rest of the day, learning how to read, write, and do math. If anything was going to be off school property, they had to get a permission slip from the parents. Is that not the expectation today?
These teachers and administrators need to be ARRESTED AND PROSECUTED for this act of truancy and contributing to the delinquency of a MINOR

Every adult in the school and board of education who was involved with bringing these students to the demonstrations needs to be brought up on charges for circumventing the background checks.

BTW.. it’s against the law in Oregon to use school resources to advocate for a political position. I stopped an out of control school board 40 years ago with this law.

There needs to be a law to hold these Commies personally financially liable for their deliberate twisted indoctrination and endangerment of impressionable children. The problem is the judicial system is also Commie corrupted, which signals we are losing our country to the Communists. Why can’t we legislate this ideology unlawful and ban it from our society as subversive to Constitutional principles?
Arrest and jail every teacher and school official who, in any way, promoted, approved, authorized and participated in this treacherous demonstration.
Charge them with malfeasance and/or misfeasance and/or nonfeasance, along with child endangerment and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Better still, charge them with giving aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States. No plea bargaining!!
Also issue a restraining order forbidding all of them from getting within 100 yards of a school building. Put them all on the no-fly list and revoke any passports.
