WASHINGTON (AP) — The Trump administration is expected this week to revoke a scientific finding that long has been the central basis for U.S. action to regulate greenhouse gas emissions and fight climate change, according to a White House official.
The Environmental Protection Agency will issue a final rule rescinding a 2009 government declaration known as the endangerment finding. That Obama-era policy determined that carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases endanger public health and welfare.
“This week at the White House, President Trump will be taking the most significant deregulatory actions in history to further unleash American energy dominance and drive down costs,” said White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt in a statement.
The endangerment finding is the legal underpinning of nearly all climate regulations under the Clean Air Act for motor vehicles, power plants and other pollution sources that are heating the planet. It is used to justify regulations, such as auto emissions standards, intended to protect against threats made increasingly severe by climate change — deadly floods, extreme heat waves, catastrophic wildfires and other natural disasters in the United States and around the world.
Legal challenges would be certain for any action that effectively would repeal those regulations, with environmental groups describing the shift as the single biggest attack in U.S. history on federal efforts to address climate change.

It’s quite interesting that the AP is so ignorant of the “Climate Change” hoax that they don’t even realize that real Climate Change has been the way of life on earth for billions of years, and humans have managed to adapt as long as they ‘ve been around. The hoaxers have used the name Climate Change as a dog whistle for CAGW, Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Warming. That is proven to be not happening. Are you aware of that?

I love it that Rush Limbaugh used to joke about cow farts causing more damage than car emissions. Years later, the left is pushing fake meat and hating on cattle.
All this correction will come to a halt when the midterms stall his agenda and then the hoax will come roaring back when the Dems get back in power. The Republican party is letting us down by being a party of Quislings and backstabbers who haven’t learned how to street brawl as a team.
Repealing fake science is science in action. The biggest FRAUD ever. This crap was started back in the 60/70’s. I took a class back then from some of those early scientist. They even said they could be wrong. It was global colding then.
Liberals love to take words and put them together and repeat the combinations until they become common. Deadbeat Dads is the oldest I can remember. White Supremacist. Toxic Masculinity. Far Right. Greenhouse Gases. My spellcheck suggests the second word automatically. They get people to say certain word combinations and use them to drive opinion.
