Tom Wolf on Tuesday said virtually all residents of skilled nursing homes in Pennsylvania have received two doses of COVID-19 vaccine, calling it a “milestone.” He further said good progress is being made toward vaccinating residents of assisted living and personal care facilities, where vaccinations began later.
