TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) - LGBTQ-rights advocates warned Kansas legislators Tuesday that their discussion of a proposed ban on transgender students in girls’ and women’s school sports would lead to bullying, and one group promised to sue the state if such a law is enacted.
The state Senate Education Committee had a hearing on a bill backed by some athletes, Republican lawmakers and conservative groups. It would apply to K-12 school and college sports. Supporters portrayed it as an attempt to ensure competition remains fair and that girls and woman aren’t deprived of scholarships and other opportunities in sports.

I say it’s only a matter of time before scholastic sports disappear entirely from public schools. These governments and institutions will be unable to deal with the inevitable legal conundrum of promoting “equality” while pretending it’s OK to have separate sports leagues for men and women. The deranged trannies are just going to be the tool to help accelerate the process.

Title IX, it's federal law. Amend the law, or create new "transgender divisions" for sports. "Next up, men who dress as women but identify as straight men 50 yard hurdle race!"

I read that some of the gay groups are not happy about this stupid “trans” stuff either.
After all, if they’re gay they want somebody of the same sex, not a lunatic faker. Transvestites were tolerated but now that you have women who think they’re gay men and want to go into a gay male bar, or men who think they’re gay women and want to go into a lesbian bar, it’s not so clear cut...
I think this transexual thing is going to break up a lot of the old leftist alliances. Feminist groups, finally, are beginning to object.
And despite the fact that the complaint in the article came from an LGBTQWXYZ pressure group, it appears that a lot of actual Ls and Gs don’t like it. You never know who your allies will be...politics makes strange bedfellows indeeed.
The ideal thing would be for government schools to disappear. Privatize ed at all levels.
It definitely goes just beyond trying to invade female spaces. They want to force their kink onto others, lesbian must be willing to be with a trans woman, because, after all, a trans woman is a woman. By the same token, a ‘cis’ man must be willing to date a trans woman, again, trans women are women, blah blah blah. I tend to think the recruitment of children is the worst thing about all this stuff, though.
It may be too late to recover from the damage already done by the libs.
If you privatized schools, 90% of the existing faculty members would be out of a job. Private education would demand adept and non-political teachers. You ain’t gonna get them from the current public system.
Can’t we just have a transgender league where these kids can compete amongst themselves and win scholarships? I can see such a league forming and then promptly being sued by transgender ‘males’ saying having to compete with transgender ‘females’ is unfair.
For that to happen, there needs to be a reset on how public education is funded. Currently, it is through property taxes. I’d rather see property taxes reduced, which would reduce the cost of housing. Isn’t this one of the things the left wants? More low cost housing?

There are Tran laws that allow those kids to be given hormones, with out their parents’ permission. They’re gearing up to eliminate age of consent laws. After all, sexual activity is a “human right.”
