You want to play poker with a Democrat, because you can always count on them to overplay every single hand they’re dealt. It’s like a compulsion – whatever they have, you can count on them to exaggerate or freak out and blow it up into something more than it is, no matter what it is. After four years for Democrat pearl-clutching over every Trump tweet, I’ve become pretty numb to the left-wing outrage machine. With this second impeachment, AFTER Trump has left office, I’ve lost all interest in not only what Democrats are whining about now, but in anything and...

So, I was out at dinner with my old battalion commander – literally outside, because dining inside apparently is super deadly if you live under blue tyranny – and we were laughing at this whole “Muh Insurrekshun” nonsense. What happened January 6 was no “insurrection” in any meaningful sense of the word, especially not to those who survived the riots of 2020, and not to us either. See, I was my old battalion commander’s assistant operations officer and I was riding with him in his HUMVEE driving through Los Angeles as it burned in April 1992.That was a riot. What...

A majority of Kentucky voters do not want to see the Senate convict former President Trump of inciting an insurrection at the U.S. Capitol, according to a new survey from Mason-Dixon Polling and Research. A slight majority of respondents – 51 percent – said they would oppose Trump’s conviction in his impeachment trial should the Senate find him guilty of stoking an effort by his supporters to storm the Capitol and disrupt the congressional certification of the Electoral College vote last month. By comparison, 41 percent said they believe Trump should be convicted on the charges, while another 8 percent...

Republican Sens. Josh Hawley of Missouri and Rick Scott of Flordia have introduced a bill to withhold U.S. taxpayer funds from the World Health Organization until it makes leadership reforms. The legislation introduced Tuesday called the World Health Organization (WHO) Accountability Act aims to hold the WHO accountable for what the senators allege to be playing a role in China's early coverup of the COVID-19 pandemic when it was just starting to spread through China. "Time and again, [WHO] has prioritized advancing the Chinese Communist Party's interests over building a healthier world," Hawley said in a Tuesday statement, naming WHO...

Utah is very close to passing HB60, a strong Constitutional Carry bill. HB60 passed the House, 54-19. It passed the Senate 22-6. In the Senate, the bill was amended to include the creation of an account to provide funds for suicide prevention. HB60 creates a restricted account in which the funds collected for concealed carry permits are segregated and used for the administration of the issuance of the permits. The Senate amendment takes 50% of the funds left over at the end of the fiscal year, from the concealed carry account, and assigns them to a suicide prevention fund, where the...

It's clear the impeachment managers, realizing they don't have the votes to convict because Trump's speech could not have incited a riot that was pre-planned, are now alleging, equally without evidence, that Trump was in on it all along. Wouldn't this require the House to re-impeach since incitement doesn't fit the newly uncovered evidence?

The Biden Administration is currently considering taking action against Florida by imposing travel restrictions on Floridians as President Joe Biden is clearly upset with how Governor Ron DeSantis is allowing his people to live their normal lives. DeSantis recently made a statement where he stated that everyone should get back to work and live their normal lives while making “common sense” decisions relating to the COVID pandemic.

Giving racists a pass in the name of anti-racism. The Southern Poverty Law Center claims it’s dedicated to fighting hate. But some things are more important than fighting hate. Like “equity”. In the name of equity, the SPLC announced that it’s shutting down its black nationalist hate groups category like the Nation of Islam. After “doing the internal work of anti-racism”, the SPLC will no longer list black racist hate groups because “the hate is not equal”. Even racism requires its own equity. The SPLC’s move dismantles the last remaining shred of credibility of the organization, but it also comes...

Over the past five years, nearly 1,200 Michigan State University students and staff members reported racial discrimination incidents. Only eight instances, however, truly violated the school’s bias and discrimination policies. According to data provided to the Lansing State Journal by Michigan State’s Office of Institutional Equity, affiliates reported 1,187 instances of race-based bias and discrimination between 2015 and September 2020. Of those instances, 76 revealed issues with conduct, and of those 76 issues, eight instances — less than 1 percent of all reported — constituted violations of the school’s policies. Campus Reform independently confirmed this data with Michigan State University...

The average energy investor is by now well aware of the sector's monumental shift from fossil fuels to renewable energy. Coal-powered power plants have been shuttering at an alarming clip as the price of electricity from natural gas and renewables undercuts them while wind and solar generation continue to gain the ascendancy. But nowhere has this change been as dramatic as the transport industry, with EV titans such as Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ:TSLA) and NIO Ltd. (NYSE:NIO) now commanding substantially higher valuations than their imposing ICE brethren, General Motors (NYSE:GM) and Ford Motors (NYSE:F). Indeed, the global EV sector now carries...

Elon University in North Carolina has canceled an event for white people to process their complicity in injustice, because the meeting would exclude other races, the school told Fox News. Young America’s Foundation on Tuesday revealed the “White caucus” event, publishing an email that specified the event was intended for white and “White-identifying” individuals to speak openly and avoid “retraumatiz[ing] people of color.” “White caucuses give white people a space to learn about and process their awareness of and complicity in unjust systems without harming their friends of color,” reads the email, which was addressed to School of Education students.

With the news of the forthcoming Carrie Brownstein-written Heart biopic on the way, it’s as good a time as ever to dive back into the music of the chart-topping, ground-breaking anthemic rock ‘n’ roll band. Born in the Pacific Northwest, Heart’s music has inspired musicians of all kinds, from the Hall of Famer Robert Plant to the garage band next door. And it’s all because of two things: singer Ann Wilson’s sweeping, sky-scraping vocals and sister Nancy’s guitar shredding, riff rocking prowess. The band, which formed in 1970, is essential to American music history. To celebrate the transcendent group, we...

Meghan McCain told her co-host Wednesday on ABC’s The View” that former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley asking to give former President Donald Trump a “break” on impeachment on Fox News was “disgusting language.” Discussing the impeachment trial video, McCain said, “One thing that struck me was seeing President Trump talk about Mike Pence at his rally, and cutting to the footage of the people storming the Capitol and the vice president having to be rushed out immediately. Words have ramifications. The rhetoric we put out have ramifications. You can see in realtime what happens when you call Vice President Mike...

ABC News senior national correspondent Terry Moran compared former President Donald Trump’s control over the Republican Party to a “Caesar” and a “Fuhrer” Wednesday on his network’s coverage of the second impeachment of Donald Trump. Moran said, “Whatever you think of this case, they have risen to the moment. This is an atrocity in our history, an atrocity against our Democracy, and the care with which the Democratic House managers of this impeachment trial have come prepared, their argument is organized, they are ringing the notes of patriotism and the emotion of the attack itself, and surrounding that with what...

Twice failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton sent a warning to Republican senators ahead of the first day of arguments in the Senate impeachment trial of former President Donald Trump concluding that they — the jurors — will prove that they are “his co-conspirators” if they do not ultimately side with Democrats and convict him. “If Senate Republicans fail to convict Donald Trump, it won’t be because the facts were with him or his lawyers mounted a competent defense,” Clinton said on Wednesday. “It will be because the jury includes his co-conspirators”:

witter said on Wednesday it would not fully comply with an Indian government order to suspend hundreds of accounts accused by New Delhi of spreading misinformation and inciting violence in the nation’s ongoing farmers’ protests. It made the statement after blocking over 500 accounts last week. “We have withheld a portion of the accounts identified in the blocking orders … within India only. These accounts continue to be available outside of India,” Twitter wrote in a blog post on February 10. “Because we do not believe that the actions we have been directed to take are consistent with Indian law,...
