Over at the Catholic Heraldâs âChapter Houseâ blog, my latest column takes a look at how President Biden appears prepared to cloak his administration in Catholicism to avoid scrutiny for his pro-abortion policies. Hereâs a bit of what I had to say: We should never judge another manâs relationship with God, nor place limits on Godâs mercy â but one need not scrutinize Joe Bidenâs conscience to note that several of his highest public policy priorities directly contradict non-negotiable teachings of the faith he professes.

Fox News’ Steve Hilton shared an investigation that breaks down the origins of the coronavirus, and not only links it back to U.S. commissioned research, but also to Dr. Anthony Fauci. The host of the “The Next Revolution” told his viewers that the evidence uncovered “points to the most likely cause of the pandemic and it’s worse than anything that we have heard so far.”Highlighting a study 10 years ago in the Netherlands involving ferrets, which have respiratory systems that operate similar to humans, Hilton said researchers “were trying to see if the virus that starts out without the ability to...

President Biden has instructed the Department of Justice (DOJ) to reinstate the "slush fund" used by the Obama Administration to funnel funds to political friends. The slush fund arose from settlements between the federal government and corporate wrongdoers. Rather than use the money to compensate the victims of corporate misdeeds or turn the money over to the treasury, the Obama DOJ handed cash out to its favored left-wing political allies. An estimated total of $650 million was dispersed in this manner during the two Obama terms. The slush fund was terminated during the Trump Administration by Attorney General Jeff Sessions,...

MyPillow CEO and outspoken conservative Trump supporter, Mike Lindell, came on Steve Bannon’s Monday morning War Room podcast to discuss the massive media attack against him. Lindell has been targeted by big media outlets attempting to indict his character, faith, and recovery outreach with outright lies. The latest attack was a completely false story the Daily Mail created about him having a secret relationship with a progressive actress, who he “wooed” with alcohol and gifts. Lindell is a recovered addict and also runs a recovery outreach, so to say he used alcohol to pursue a relationship with a woman is...

One of former President Trump’s top supporters in the House of Representatives is targeting one of Trump’s biggest House GOP critics. GOP Rep. What a glorious thing the reopening is! After nearly a year of darkening times, the light has begun to dawn, at least in the US. Given how incredibly political this pandemic has been from the beginning, many people smell a rat. Is it really the case that the reopening of the American economy, particularly in blue states, is so perfectly timed? Do the science and politics really line up so well? These are questions for another day. And for the record, my own opinion is that the loosening of restrictions is timed well with the relaxing of public disease fear, from...

Looks like some of the new faces on Capitol Hill are wasting no time in getting their feet wet with how the whole process of legislative work is done and they are already making a splash. The newly elected representative from Colorado’s third district, Lauren Boebert, is already making some waves and getting underneath the skin of the lefties who by and large think Joe Biden is super smart and wise. Looks like some of the new faces on Capitol Hill are wasting no time in getting their feet wet with how the whole process of legislative work is done...

Have you checked your social credit score lately? You might want to. Mine seems to have taken a nosedive this month. You might want to see how yours is doing. Everyone knows what a credit score is. But social credit scores are new. They’re the latest corporate import from Communist China, where government and big business monitor every citizen’s social views and statements. And they’re the latest form of cancel culture in this country, as corporate monopolies and the left team up to shut down speech they don’t like and force their political agenda on America. For those who still...

More than 20,000 National Guard troops protected Joe Biden’s virtual inauguration last Wednesday. Then entire event was held behind barbed wire fences and numerous checkpoints. The regime feared no one would show up to see the confused man they were about to inaugurate as president. Following the inauguration 5,000 National Guard troops were then sent to a cold parking garage to sleep. This was after the photo-ops with the DC lawmakers. This past weekend we found out thousands of National Guard troops are being asked to remain in Washington DC until March. The lawmakers in charge want to seal off...

Two-term Republican Sen. Rob Portman of Ohio announced Monday that he won’t seek a third six-year term when he is up for reelection in 2022. Portman touted his legislative achievements in a statement announcing the news, but the senator also pointed to congressional gridlock as a reason he won’t campaign for another term in the Senate. He serves on the Senate Finance, Homeland Security and Foreign Relations Committees. "I don’t think any Senate office has been more successful in getting things done, but honestly, it has gotten harder and harder to break through the partisan gridlock and make progress on...

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Stay-at-home orders for all regions across California have been lifted amid improving coronavirus conditions, the California Department of Public Health said Monday.“Californians heard the urgent message to stay home as much as possible and accepted that challenge to slow the surge and save lives,” Dr. Tomás Aragón, CDPH director and state public health officer, said in a statement. “Together, we changed our activities knowing our short-term sacrifices would lead to longer-term gains. COVID-19 is still here and still deadly, so our work is not over, but it’s important to recognize our collective actions saved lives and we...

There are supermassive black holes. There are ultramassive black holes. How large can these strange objects grow? Well, there could be something even bigger than ultramassive: stupendously large black holes, according to the latest research. Such hypothetical black holes - larger than 100 billion times the mass of the Sun - have been explored in a new paper which names them SLABs, an acronym that stands for "Stupendously LArge Black holeS". "We already know that black holes exist over a vast range of masses, with a supermassive black hole of 4 million solar masses residing at the centre of our...

Hello, I was unsure how to get in touch so I thought this might get a mod's attention. It seems my posts are now being held back. If I have violated a rule I am sorry. If posting less can restore what I consider to be a great website that would be great. I believe in your mission and as a monthly donor put my money where bandwidth is, so to speak. Happy to back off posting a little, it's just your site is a little addictive. Did not mean to upset.

Scrambled eggs might be a simple dish but it can be surprisingly hard to get right. Everyone wants a fluffy texture and to avoid the eggs going too rubbery. And one chef says the key is his secret ingredient – mayonnaise. Food scientist Alton Brown says the condiment gives the dish a creamier and more delicious texture.

Representative Eric Swalwell (D-CA) Monday on MSNBC’s “Live” said that Democrats were impeaching former President Donald Trump, so he is convicted in the Senate, which includes a penalty of disqualification from office. Jackson asked, “Do you plan to address the constitutional authority as has been raised by some of these Republicans for the House to bring an impeachment against somebody and for the Senate to convict somebody who is no longer serving?”

SpaceX on Sunday launched its Falcon 9 rocket carrying a record number of satellites on board, the private space company said. The rocket successfully launched from Cape Canaveral, Florida at 10:00 am (1500 GMT), 24 hours after its initial take-off had been scrubbed due to bad weather. “The big boys are no longer bullish,” bellowed Biggie Too in baritone. “The big boys are now bubble bullish,” continued the chief investment strategist for one of Wall Street’s Too-Big-To-Fail affairs. “They ask Biggie, why can’t the S&P trade 5,500?” said Too, easing into third person. “And Biggie asks ’em back: We got 6% GDP and 1% rates, who’s gonna short this?” he said. “You do the math, you gonna tell Biggie to short this thang?” asked Too. And I shrugged, having long since learned to recognize when Biggie’s question is the answer.“No one’s gonna short the S&P unless 6%...

The US Supreme Court on Monday ordered the dismissal of a pair of lawsuits accusing former President Trump of illegally profiting from his presidency, after several foreign and state government officials patronized his properties - including the Trump International Hotel in Washington, located a few blocks from the White House. The plaintiffs included hotels, restaurants and the attorneys general of Maryland and the District of Columbia, and accused Trump of violating the Constitution's two emoluments clauses, according to Bloomberg Law, which notes that "One clause bars a president from accepting benefits from foreign governments without congressional consent, while the other bars...

Google controls what the vast majority of the world finds on the internet. Being put at the top of the Google results for search is not only immensely lucrative, it is also almost mind-bogglingly powerful in global affairs.Since 2016, according to multiple reports, Google’s algorithm has been increasingly manipulated to bury and elevate specific information, especially politically charged information. This appears to have strong effects on what people believe and therefore how they vote and respond to polls that inform what politicians do with their power.A 2018 Wall Street Journal investigation concluded, “The internet giant uses blacklists, algorithm tweaks and...
