McCarthy: “Speaker Pelosi was notified, I was not. I’m asking for an FBI briefing now. But if she knew and maintained Swalwell on Intel, wrong. He is a national security threat. He was put on in his second year. I will tell you as a Leader, Intel Committee is treated differently. Why? Because those who serve on Intel get information that members do not. For the Republican side, the leader — Republican leader appoints there; for the Democrat side, the Democrats appoint there. Explanation: Many bright nebulae and star clusters in planet Earth's sky are associated with the name of astronomer Charles Messier from his famous 18th century catalog. His name is also given to these two large and remarkable craters on the Moon. Standouts in the dark, smooth lunar Sea of Fertility or Mare Fecunditatis, Messier (left) and Messier A have dimensions of 15 by 8 and 16 by 11 kilometers respectively. Their elongated shapes are explained by the extremely shallow-angle trajectory followed by an impactor, moving left to right, that gouged out the craters. The shallow impact also resulted in two...

According to the arrest affidavit, investigators discovered the student and teacher frequently messaged each other, “I love you.” Two days later, the teacher was booked into the county jail for sexual assault of a child. The Cellebrite used to gather evidence in that case was...

Excerpt: Now, at the last possible moment, comes the State of Texas with a claim that outstrips the usual and customary false bravado of that state—to wit—undoing the lawful election and certification of the vote of four states of this Union— Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin. The hubris with which Texas invokes the original jurisdiction of this Court for this purpose of undoing the Presidential Election in four sovereign states of the Union is breathtaking. However, for the many reasons cited in these materials, Texas has failed to meet the heavy burden that it must meet in order to be...

Observers shoveled abuse upon the unfortunate spectacle, rivaling each other to come up with the most appropriate epithets to describe the appalling scene. “Mummified Mary,” “Weeble Jesus” (after the ovate children’s toys launched by Hasbro in the 1970s), “Martians,” “toilet paper rolls,” and “astronauts” were some of the comparisons made to the cylindrical figures meant to represent the Holy Family, the Magi, and the shepherds at Bethlehem. Others saw in one ominous figure the helmeted image of “the Mountain” from the Game of Thrones television series, while another conjured up memories of the Robot from Lost in Space:

There was a time when members of the press were concerned with ensuring that the American public was informed on the issues that matter. They spoke truth to power and exposed corruption occurring in our governmental institution. People in the profession were not perfect by any stretch of the imagination. Bias still seeped into their reportage. But they had not yet descended into the depths of political hackery that we have seen over the past four years. Now, establishment media outlets have transformed into something that barely resembles journalism. At this point, it does not make sense to refer to...
