The GOP gubernatorial candidate for Washington state, Loren Culp, filed a lawsuit against Washington Secretary of State Kim Wyman and asked for injunctive relief while demanding an audit of paper ballots cast on Nov. 3. I don't have a clue about all the legal stuff going on and I certainly don't understand the latin terms being used. My question(s) are: 1) What will the SCOTUS decision be if they hear the case and 2) What happens if they don't?
