The GOP gubernatorial candidate for Washington state, Loren Culp, filed a lawsuit against Washington Secretary of State Kim Wyman and asked for injunctive relief while demanding an audit of paper ballots cast on Nov. 3.
The lawsuit also seeks an audit of voting results in King, Clark, Thurston, Pierce, Kitsap, and Skagit counties—as well as vote-counting machines, according to MyNorthWest.
“We’re not conceding anything. We’re fighting until we have no options—and then, we’ll fight some more,” his campaign said in a Facebook statement Thursday.
Culp campaign adviser Christopher Gergen and Culp’s attorney, Dr. Stephen Pidgeon, said in a YouTube video that the lawsuit was filed.
“We saw a lot of problems here in this particular election. And our review of this election is starting to surface things that are just, quite frankly, unacceptable,” Pidgeon said. “If you get overconfident, you tend to get sloppy, and that’s exactly what happened,” he added.
Pidgeon added that Washington’s state Constitution calls on the secretary of state to make sure the election is fairly run.
“We know that the state did not run the failed ID act software against their own database prior to the election, so people were getting duplicate ballots, lots of them,” he said. “They had 336,000 names on their mailing list that were people who had moved, many of which were undeliverable, but 171,000 of which had moved out of state,” he added.
“The one that really tops it off, is of course the voting dead, which we see clear evidence of this,” Pidgeon remarked. “They put out ballots to over 10,000 dead people, and 7,800 of them voted.”

EVERYTHING west of the Cascades in Washington is thoroughly corrupt. Just part of the pattern on the left coast.
Resisting an open hearing of the evidence is in this case clear evidence of complicity in the sedition.
Besides Donald Trump, where are all of the other GOP candidates for political office who, also, might of had political victories taken away from them? John James comes to mind.
Culp had his doors blown off in a solid blue state by over a half-million votes. If the margin were razor-thin, sure, go for it, but Washington State went for the Communists years ago. This is pointless.
When you watch that state deteriorate before your eyes and know its a communist conspiracy, it is no longer alleged fraud. It's fraud, duplicity and treason.
Some of the allegations:
14 Washington counties had 100% to 119% turnout.
County websites linked to the SOS show different numbers of votes.
Biden received 83% of his vote in one minute on election night, from 8:21pm - 8:22pm.
Multiple claims about computerized election system being compromised.
Good for Loren Culp. I voted for him.
That’s what VA looked like when they gave us the final count, but on election night, Trump was winning, Gade was winning for Senate and Freitas was winning against the CIA gal for Congress.
I don’t trust Democrat run elections at all.
Even Republican run isn’t that trustworthy in the case of GA.
We must learn to fight and never give up in this new battlefield.
Not everywhere West of the Cascades. Follow the Lewis and Clark Trail for a free republic. But avoid Portland.
You will want to go past Mt Rushmore and thank the Freemasons mentioned in this post. I can’t recall such a low point of civility, and Freemasons are at a historic low membership post 1800s.
My wife and I voted for Culp. Washington State voter fraud techniques have been perfected and the pattern has been followed by other states. I am glad that Culp is a fighter and willing to take this on.
It is the Puget Sound region from Olympia and North to the border that are filled with liberal transplants.
Wanna bet he does’t get the standard “you have no standing” B.S.?
Frietas, Taylor and Benjamin for the house in Virginia. Possible another. They were all robbed late in the process like we saw go on nationwide. It was also rigged that they keep control of the House.
