Specifically, the Campaign makes the following distance claims with respect to alleged invalid ballots: Whether absentee ballots issued in-person to voters by municipal clerks’ offices in Milwaukee [and] Dane Counties without the required written applications are illegal and invalid. Whether absentee ballots accompanied by incomplete certifications or on which municipal clerks added missing information in contravention of Wisconsin law are illegal and invalid. Whether absentee ballots cast by electors claiming “Indefinite Confinement” status, which status was claimed on or after March 25, 2020, for which there was no voter identification provided are illegal and invalid. Whether stationing poll workers, receiving...

At least nobody in the Soviet Union voted for Brezhnev — the elections were a sham with Communist party candidates running unopposed. Everything was a sham, actually. In his mumbling, robotic tones, the general secretary delivered long-winded, heavy on Marxist cliches and utterly incomprehensible televised speeches. The economy flattened, dissidents were subjected to psychiatric torture, corruption proliferated, and the rate of substance abuse skyrocketed. That period of Soviet history is known as zastoi, or stagnation. It only made sense that the man on top was some sort of sclerotic. Like Brezhnev, Biden’s rhetoric is ridden with clichés, but of a...

If you're wondering whether your employer can require you to get a COVID-19 vaccine to return to work, the short answer is yes. But that doesn't mean employers won't face a "legal minefield" if and when they decide to implement a vaccination policy. Although employees can be required to take a test as a precondition of their returning to work, according to trial attorney Misty Marris, "there is no world where there is a COVID-19 mandatory vaccination policy that doesn't have exceptions to it." Marris, who deals heavily in employment law, is the co-managing partner of the New York office...

We have no idea what kind of disruption might be headed our way. Is it possible to share shortwave websites here or would that just point disrupters to locations to "take down." A FReeper recently posted wishing to line up short-wave radio resources ahead of time. FReepers/radioheads - can you offer advice, links? :)

Former CIA head John Brennan blasted the killing of Iran’s top nuclear scientist, calling the assassination “highly reckless,” then ended up in a Twitter war with Texas Sen. Ted Cruz over his comments. Mohsen Fakhrizadeh was slain Friday when a gunman ambushed him in his car near Tehran. Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei vowed revenge on Saturday, and pledged to continue the work of the man some called Iran’s Oppenheimer. “This was a criminal act & highly reckless,” tweeted Brennan, who ran the CIA under President Obama from 2013-2017. “It risks lethal retaliation & a new round of regional conflict....

Kat Cammack, one of more than a dozen pro-life women elected to Congress in November, might never have been born if her mother had listened to her doctors. This week, the congresswoman-elect told Fox News that her mother chose life for her against the advice of both her doctors and her family. She promised that she will fight for unborn babies in the U.S. House just as her mother fought for her life 32 years ago. “For her to make that choice against the advice of her doctors and against the urging of her own family, that’s pretty powerful. So...

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger certified the election results in November, giving Joe Biden the state’s 16 electoral votes. “Working as an engineer throughout my life, I live by that numbers don’t lie. As secretary of state, I believe that the numbers that we have presented today are correct,” Raffensperger said during a news conference. “The numbers reflect the verdict of the people, not a decision by the secretary of state’s office or our courts, or of either campaigns.” Raffensperger then took no questions. Even at that time the recount appeared to be rigged because elections officials were not...

Many in the media argue that there’s no such thing as late-term abortion. But a new report confirms that thousands of unborn babies – at or past 21 weeks gestation – are destroyed in abortion each year. On November 27, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) published its latest annual Abortion Surveillance report detailing U.S. abortion data for the years 2017 and 2018. That data revealed that 1 percent of reported abortions in 2018 were performed at or after 21 weeks gestation. While 1 percent might sound small, that figure translates to thousands of late-term abortions. And, as...

If he becomes president, high on Joe Biden’s list to lead the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is Rhode Island Gov. Gina Raimondo. The pro-abortion Democrat governor recently signed a bill legalizing abortions up to birth in her state, and she, like Biden, believes killing unborn babies in abortions is “health care.” Politico reports two people connected with Biden’s transition team confirmed that Raimondo is being considered for HHS secretary. They said the Rhode Island governor has strong leadership experience, and they mentioned her quick response to the coronavirus pandemic. “Governors are very familiar with health care because...

Abortion businesses are closing at a rapid pace as abortion rates drop and more women choose life for their babies. A new report from the Abortion Care Network found that 41 independent abortion facilities (excluding Planned Parenthood) closed in the past two years, and nearly 200 shut down since 2012, Time magazine reports. Now, five states have only one abortion facility, and the coronavirus could lead to even more closures. All of this is good news for mothers and unborn babies. Women do not need to abort their unborn babies to be healthy or successful, and pro-lifers have been working...

Video proof of Democrats cheating in Georgia: After Democrats stopped counting the votes and sent everyone home because of a “burst pipe,” Democrats pulled out four hidden suitcases of ballots and counted them. This 12 minute video is from a Georgia election hearing. The voice that you hear is the person who was at the hearing explaining what’s in the video. As regular readers of my blog know, the “burst pipe” that caused them to stop counting votes and send everyone home was bogus. I previously wrote about this here and here. This new video shows that after Democrats stopped counting the votes...

A premature baby girl who was given a 30-percent chance of survival is home from the hospital after she and her mother fought for her survival. Texas welcomed most of those Golden State transplants — 82,235 Californians moved to the Lone Star State in 2019. Arizona was the second-most popular destination, with 59,713 former Californians moving there. Third comes Washington state, with 46,791 Californians heading up the Pacific coast. While Texas saw most immigrants from California, Nevada had the largest chunk per capita — 1,552 of every 100,000 Nevadans had relocated from California last year.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, one of the leading proponents of Robert Mueller’s special counsel investigation, said Tuesday he opposes Attorney General William Barr’s decision to appoint U.S. Attorney John Durham as special counsel in an investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe. In an interview on MSNBC, Schiff suggested that the attorney general in the Biden administration should assess Durham’s mandate and decide whether to allow the prosecutor to continue his investigation. “In an appointment secretly conferred on Durham prior to the election…Barr is using the special counsel law for a purpose it was not intended: to...

Joe Biden has nominated Neera Tanden to direct the Office of Management and Budget in his administration. It is a bad choice. There are several reasons why Catholics cannot trust her. Tanden heads the Center for American Progress (CAP), a left-wing think tank funded by Big Tech and Wall Street. She is a long-time Democratic operative who worked for Hillary Clinton and President Barack Obama. These credentials, however, matter little when there is no reason to trust her. What is of interest to Catholics is Tanden’s pivotal role in writing the notorious Health and Human Services (HHS) mandate. It sought...

California Gov. Gavin Newsom introduced a new regional stay-at-home order on Thursday, days after he said that most of the state’s intensive care beds could be over capacity within weeks amid a surge in coronavirus cases. The order, which will be applied by region, will require bars, wineries, hair salons and other nonessential businesses across five areas to close for three weeks once the region’s intensive care capacity falls below 15 percent, he said.
