National lawmakers introduced a joint resolution Wednesday aimed at striking language from the U.S. Constitution that enshrines a form of slavery in America’s foundational documents. The resolution, spearheaded and supported by Democratic members of the House and Senate, would amend the 13th Amendment’s ban on chattel enslavement to expressly prohibit involuntary servitude as a punishment for crime. As ratified, the original amendment has permitted exploitation of labor by convicted felons for over 155 years since the abolition of slavery. The 13th Amendment “continued the process of a white power class gravely mistreating Black Americans, creating generations of poverty, the breakup...

President-elect Joe Biden said in a new interview that he wants to hike tax rates back to their highest levels under the George W. Bush administration — undercutting his promise not to increase taxes for Americans earning less than $400,000 a year. Biden outlined his economic platform in an interview with New York Times’ columnist Thomas Friedman, and said he would ensure long-term growth by ensuring “everybody pays their fair share, for God’s sake.”

VIDEO You can't find the report on CNN's website. If you try to upload it anywhere, they quickly flag it for removal. As the saying goes, when you're taking flak you know you're over the target. A report by CNN from 2006 details very obvious voter fraud perpetrated by the government of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez using Smartmatic Voting Systems. But you can’t find the video on CNN’s website. You can’t find it on their YouTube channel or Facebook. You can’t even find it in their archives. The story and the video have been scrubbed completely. They’ve taken it a...

Editor's note: This report stated that “In 2019, Georgia bought the devices from a Canadian company called Dominion Voting systems.” In fact, Dominion was founded in Canada in 2003. However, in 2009 it also established a US corporation with headquarters in Denver. NewsHour apologizes for the error. Protecting the American voting process from outside interference is a top priority this election season. But public and political opinion are divided over the best voting systems to prevent tampering. Miles O’Brien takes a look at the latest technology being used in Georgia -- and whether it provides a stronger defense against meddling...

WASHINGTON (WWNY) - President-elect Joe Biden’s short-list to run his Pentagon includes a former 10th Mountain Division commander. CNN reports that retired Gen. Lloyd Austin is one of several people in line for the job. Austin was commanding general at Fort Drum from 2003 to 2005. He went on to be Army Chief of Staff as well as the head of U.S. Central Command. His appointment would be historic. Austin would be the first Black person to run the Department of Defense.

As an extreme year for hurricanes, wildfires and heat waves comes to an end, the head of the United Nations challenged world leaders to make 2021 the year that humanity ends its “war on nature” and commits to a future free of planet-warming carbon pollution. With new reports highlighting 2020’s record-breaking weather and growing fossil fuels extraction that triggers global warming, U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres delivered yet another urgent appeal to curb climate change. It was tinged with optimism but delivered dire warnings, as the UN gears up for a Dec. 12 virtual climate summit in France on the 5th...

Georgia-based attorney Lin Wood is getting lots of attention for urging supporters of President Donald Trump to break with the president and not vote for GOP Sens. David Perdue (R-GA) and Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) in the upcoming January 5 runoff elections. Wood’s public comments run counter to President Trump’s own public statements and wishes, as the president has repeatedly urged his supporters to support Loeffler and Perdue and is heading to Valdosta, Georgia, on Saturday to rally with the GOP senators. Wood’s comments are also in line with what top national Democrats are pushing for, as Breitbart News has reported...

[Catholic Caucus] Bishop: Masked Priests Are a Counter-SignThe state has no authority to tell the Church how to celebrate divine worship, Baker Bishop Liam Cary, USA, wrote on August 28 in a still relevant statement. The Church establishes the manner of its worship “without having to render an account to Caesar.” Cary underlines that “physical hygiene is not the only consideration,” arguing against masked priests which creates a serious symbolic confusion.“Covering the face of the celebrant goes directly against the oft-repeated scriptural cry of the heart to God: Hide not Your face from me. Show me Your face.” For Cary, a...

More than 1,000 Chinese military-linked researchers have left the United States since authorities arrested several suspected undercover Chinese military officers over the summer, according to a senior Justice Department official. Earlier this year, at least four Chinese researchers were arrested and charged with visa fraud for allegedly lying on their applications about their status as members of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), the official name of the Chinese military. One of those researchers was harbored by the Chinese consulate in San Francisco for weeks before he was eventually arrested in late July. A Chinese visiting student also was indicted on...

This is a curious development that took me by surprise. In this story yesterday I covered the fourth order issued by Judge Timothy Batten in the case filed by Sidney Powell and Lin Wood, in which Judge Batten authorized the taking of an “interlocutory appeal” to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals with respect to his Order securing the Dominion voting machines. As you can see from the headline, I assumed it was the State Defendants who wanted Judge Batten’s final order to be reviewed by the Appeals Court.Judge Batten’s order was not specific as to which party had sought authorization to...

The Great Reset: A PrimerThe Great Reset, perhaps you have heard of it, perhaps not. In all honesty, it is at this moment sort of a ubiquitous term that seems to spill out of the mouth of every maniac globalist. As if they are all giddy about a not-so-secret plan, globalists and world bankers drone on and on about resetting society under the guise of a changing world due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For instance, recently, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau — a baptized Catholic who should be prayed for — went viral in a video address to the U.N....

Republican senators who have rejected COVID relief packages that are the brainchild of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi were targeted in a protest Tuesday in which body bags were left at their doors. Senate Majority Mitch McConnell and Sens. Susan Collins of Maine, James Inhofe of Oklahoma and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina were the focus of the protest. At each senator’s Washington, D.C.-area residence, protesters dragged body bags from a truck and dumped them out front. Many bags bore signs that said “Trump COVID Death.”

Yesterday GOP Congressman Mike Kelly, GOP congressional candidate Sean Parnell, and five others filed an Emergency Application for a Writ of Injunction with Justice Samuel Alito of the Supreme Court, seeking to prevent Pennsylvania officials from taking any remaining steps to certify the election result or name Electors for Joe Biden to the Electoral College. This is a very interesting development and will give us a strong indication as to the willingness of the Supreme Court to enter into the election litigation brawl.Justice Alito has been the most outspoken member of the Court with regard to the election process in Pennsylvania,...

“Voting in Georgia when you are not a resident of Georgia is a felony,” blustered the ineffective Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger on Monday, as he denounced well-publicized efforts to enlist temporary residents to vote in the January 5 election for two seats in the U.S. Senate. “Third-party groups have a responsibility to not encourage illegal voting.” But he and other Republican state officials have the responsibility not to use a voting system that allows fraud in the first place. Occasionally urging people to behave, and not to exploit a system rife with vulnerabilities, does not prevent fraud when...
