As a scandal exposed by The Post engulfs the Big Apple’s Animal Care Center, a long-promised city office meant to oversee New York’s pet shelter system is barely functioning.

Mayor Bill de Blasio signed a law last November that would create an Office of Animal Welfare — but more than a year later, the agency is staffed with just a single known employee and has accomplished next to nothing.

Just like everything else this commie b___d touches, the promises to have decent city animal shelters went to H*ll. This time, the poor homeless animals, completely at the mercy of the humans who held them captive in their shelter cages, lived in constant hunger, thirst, and filth--exactly how DumblASSio should be living. I started to cry upon reading this story. Patiently, scared, the abandoned pets wait in vain for life's most essential needs: food, water, the right not to live in their own urine and droppings. Even those were denied these poor things. The so-called "director" of this system of horrors should absolutely be jailed, although I'd prefer they be hanged, next to DumblASSio. Boy would I love to witness, even participate in a gauntlet of baseball bat equipped pet lovers and run those 2 legged critters named above through the gauntlet. It's what they deserve.

I'm not so sure about that. No doubt another vector for fiduciary malfeasance. Phony invoices, ghost employees, the usual stuff.

So much for animal welfare. Mayor Kaiser Wilhelm DeBlasio killed 'Staten Island Chuck' on Groundhog day and then tried to cover it up.

I thought Chicago was bad. My dog is adopted, and was days away from euthanasia due to overcrowding.

That’s terrible. I’m surprised more rescues aren’t on top of these kinds of things, because it’s heartbreaking.

How is this a surprise when you consider how cheap democrats treat human life?

They murder babies by the millions and the reports I have heard about conditions found in many nursing homes parallels this report.

They do not value life at all, except their own, and treat others as simply disposable and expendable tools for making their own more comfortable.

The thrill of oppression.

The agony of not enough oppression.

It’s this evil bent of human nature that makes Christ’s teachings so revolutionary.
