Rudy Giuliani and other lawyers representing President Donald Trump’s campaign outlined their case Thursday that the Nov. 3 presidential election was so deeply flawed in several key states that the results should be overturned in the president’s favor. Giuliani said there was a pattern to the alleged irregularities in key states that suggested, he said, a “plan from a centralized place” to commit voter fraud in cities controlled by Democrats. He said widespread adoption of vote-by-mail had allowed Democrats to take big-city corruption practices nationwide. “They picked the places where they could get away with it.” Here are the key...

In a Senate hearing, Senator Kamala Harris demonstrated a twofold ploy of dishonesty while attempting to trap Judge (now Justice) Amy Coney Barrett in a trick question. See if you can quickly pick out the two ploys in the following short video clip: Barrett quickly caught the first ploy and responded masterfully. She responded that Harris had led with two easy questions THAT had obvious answers and then used them to falsely transition into a loaded question about climate change, which made the incorrect assumption that man-caused climate change is a settled fact. It was as incongruous as if Harris...

The average American just isn’t behind the party of defund the police, 'democratic socialism,' and higher taxes. Who would have guessed?Republicans have good reason to be optimistic about the next ten years. While the chaotic presidential race has been its own beast, Republicans had what should have been an impossibly good night in November 2020, according to corporate media pollsters. Senate Republicans knocked out a wave of overpaid and overhyped challengers, state legislative chambers and a governorship were taken, and the Democratic House Majority was cut to the bone by a wave of red upsets. This upset, just like the surprise of...

It unfortunately isn’t a surprise anymore when we hear big tech coming after conservative influencers and pundits. It seems pretty clear big tech has been bringing the pot up to a slow boil so the frog doesn’t notice it’s being cooked. But we get it, we get we’re being cooked. The latest ax to fall is on a big name now in the conservative media universe, Dan Bongino. As Legal Insurrection notes, Politico just ran a hit piece on him because he’s emerged as a powerful voice. But Politico falsely framed Bongino’s emergence to ‘conspiracy theories’ about the election. Bongino...

Wednesday on FNC’s “The Ingraham Angle,” host Laura Ingraham speculated about the possibility of conservatives teaming up with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) on several key issues to defeat the establishment forces in both political parties. INGRAHAM: First, the tempting of AOC; that’s the focus of tonight’s “Angle.” Now, shortly after she stunned House Democrats by beating long-time incumbent Queens Congressman Joe Crowley two years ago, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was being written off by many Republicans as just a flash in the pan – just a far-left progressive who caught an old establishment Democrat off guard. But I saw things differently. I...

President-elect Joe Biden spoke with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Tuesday, making him the latest world leader to acknowledge, after a slight delay, Biden's win in the 2020 presidential race. President Donald Trump, who's been politically aligned with Netanyahu during his four years in office, continues to refuse to concede to the Democratic ex-vice president. Netanyahu's office confirmed the call, according to Reuters, saying the two leaders had a 'warm conversation.' 'The two agreed to meet soon to discuss the many issues that are pending and reaffirmed the need to continue to strengthen the strong alliance between the United States...

Rather than being an 'enslaver,' Hamilton opposed slavery, advocated for manumission, and supported enslaved and freed blacks to the extent that his limited means allowed. The New York Times has done it again. On the heels of its infamous 1619 Project, a “culture reporter” at the so-called newspaper of record writes that Alexander Hamilton “bought, sold and personally owned slaves” and was an “enslaver.”Historians and biographers have debated the status of Hamilton as a slaveowner for decades, but a new essay titled “As Odious and Immoral a Thing: Alexander Hamilton’s Hidden History as an Enslaver,” written by Jessie Serfilippi, a historical...

Rudy and Sidney Powell were masterful. They laid out all the evidence (that they could publicly discuss)showing massive fraud occurred. Rudy spoke about the numerous affidavits from campaign workers and others, and Sidney Powell detailed how the companies counting the ballots are foreign owned, by countries hostile to the United States. Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey announced the state’s election isn’t over until all court cases have been settled, as the Trump campaign and state GOP filed lawsuits in Maricopa County in a bid to block officials from certifying the election results due to alleged voter irregularities and improprieties.“There are legal claims that are being challenged in court and everybody on the ballot has certain access rights and remedies and if they want to push that they are able. Once those are adjudicated and the process plays out, I will accept the results of the election,” the Republican governor said in a...
