Louisiana voters have approved an amendment adding language to the state constitution saying there is not right to and no state funding for abortions. According to ballot language, the amendment adds the following text to the constitution: “A right to abortion and the funding of abortion shall not be found in the Louisiana Constitution.” Though the amendment has no immediate effects, it could have major implications for abortion access in Louisiana if the U.S. Supreme Court were to reverse Roe v. Wade.

I’ve seen fact checks that said that the overall state of WI did not have more votes with eligible voters. But that’s not the question. We want to know the voting districts with more votes than voters. Milwaukee would be likely.

If you live in a swing state, consider contacting your State Legislators by phone or email, and tell them this: Dear _____________ It is clear to the public that fraudulent vote counts are underway in order to undermine the integrity of the 2020 election. I do not want my vote for President Trump thrown away. He has fought hard for us, and now seems to be standing alone. Where are the Republicans of the ________ (Michigan, Wisconsin) legislature while these mysterious vote counts are going on? How was Trump leading by hundreds of thousands on the evening of the election,...

A polling and data analytics company based in Arizona expects Donald Trump to ultimately secure a tight victory in the state, with Data Orbital. “People are making a mistake with equating the ballots that are left that came in early with the early ballots that were sent back in the mail,” Data Orbital founder George Khalaf told the Epoch Times in a Wednesday interview. Khalaf predicted that the partisan composition of mail-in ballots that were dropped off at election day would break in a more decisive fashion towards Donald Trump than mail-in ballots that were mailed in earlier. “Unlike in...

CNA Staff, Nov 3, 2020 / 09:47 pm MT (CNA).- Voters in Colorado rejected a ballot measure that would have banned abortion in the state after 22 weeks of pregnancy, except in cases where a mother’s life is threatened. Proposition 115 failed 59%-41%, with 81.5% of precincts reporting, according to the Associated Press. If the ballot measure had passed, doctors would have faced a three-year license suspension for performing or attempting to perform an abortion of an unborn child beyond 22 weeks of gestation. Women would not have been charged for seeking or obtaining an illegal abortion. Colorado has no...

The President’s son Donald Trump, Jr. took to Twitter Thursday and castigated prospective 2024 GOP hopefuls who have refused to stand with the Trump campaign amidst widespread allegations of voter fraud and ballot tampering on behalf of Democrat Joe Biden. Trump Jr. also recommended that Trump Sr. declare “total war” to “expose all of the fraud, cheating, dead/no longer in state voters, that has been going on for far too long.” “The total lack of action from virtually all of the ‘2024 GOP hopefuls’ is pretty amazing. They have a perfect platform to show that they’re willing & able to...

President Trump repeated his unfounded claim that political foes were trying to steal the election from him during a briefing on Thursday evening as he trailed his opponent and remaining swing states were leaning toward a Joe Biden presidency. “This is a case where they’re trying to steal an election, they’re trying to rig an election, and we can’t let that happen,” the commander in chief said from the White House Briefing Room, offering no evidence to back up the claims and vowing to take the matter to the Supreme Court. The president railed against what he called “illegal votes,”...

COOPER: “— the President did not have any evidence presented at all. Nothing. No real, actual evidence of any kind of fraud. He talked about people putting up papers in windows. He talked about things that he’d seen on the internet. That is the president of the United States. That is the most powerful person in the world and we see him like an obese turtle on his back flailing in the hot sun realizing his time is over, but he just hasn’t accepted it and he wants to take everybody down with him, including this country.”

Down in Mexico, elections are on Sunday, and everyone is supposed to vote. The new president will take over in December, five months away. President Trump and "Presidente-Electo" Andrés López-Obrador spoke by phone last week. They say that it went well. By the way, I will not be surprised if the two men meet in person, sort of like when President-Elect Reagan and President López-Portillo shook hands in January 1981 at one of the border bridges. Mexico can teach us a thing or two about voting. The Mexicans have a wonderful voter ID system, as my friend Allan Wall explained:...

A Nevada official announced Thursday that the state will accept mail-in ballots postmarked by Nov. 3 until Tuesday, Nov. 10, as the rest of the nation eagerly awaits a vote count from the state that could decide the fate of the presidency. On Wednesday, a state official had said they would accept votes only until the following day. Nevada still has 190,150 outstanding ballots to be counted, 90 percent of which are from Clark County, home to Las Vegas. Only a few hours earlier the Clark County Registrar said there were only about 63,000 ballots that needed to be counted...

Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., said Thursday that he would introduce election integrity legislation, noting that confusion surrounding the 2020 presidential election warranted the need for reform. "If last 24 hrs have made anything clear, it’s that we need new election integrity laws NOW," he tweeted. "Ban ballot harvesting, guarantee poll watcher access, make ballot counting transparent. I will introduce." Republicans, throughout the election season, have raised concerns about aggregating ballots through "ballot harvesting," as well as the way Republican poll watchers were allegedly deterred at election sites. Two days after Election Day, neither candidate had amassed the votes needed to...
