President Trump repeated his unfounded claim that political foes were trying to steal the election from him during a briefing on Thursday evening as he trailed his opponent and remaining swing states were leaning toward a Joe Biden presidency.
“This is a case where they’re trying to steal an election, they’re trying to rig an election, and we can’t let that happen,” the commander in chief said from the White House Briefing Room, offering no evidence to back up the claims and vowing to take the matter to the Supreme Court.
The president railed against what he called “illegal votes,” not acknowledging that the US election is still in progress as legal mail-in votes are being counted and that the 2020 presidential race was simply not able to be declared on Election Night due to the coronavirus.

The claims do have a base. I have NEVER seen an election trending a certain way and then suddenly reverse by that many votes. Ever. Chasing off poll workers is more evidence. My brother was a poll worker in a southern state where there is a LARGE black population and said one would not believe (through casual observation) how many black folks voted for Trump this time. That means a lot of them voted for him everywhere. The Democrats cheated to hide the results.
I thought the NY Post endorsed him.

Or better yet ... there should be a clear message about not just “fraudulent” ballots but also those that may have been cast by legitimate voters but after the ballot submission deadlines passed in various states.
