  • Trump campaign expands lawsuits in strategy rooted in Constitution's voting law authority

As the Trump campaign expands its lawsuits — including new filings Wednesday in Georgia and Pennsylvania — legal scholars say they are likely rooted in the Constitution's voting law authority, which limits the power of non-legislative actors trying to assert their power over balloting. Trump has assembled a high-powered legal team to combat what it says is executive and judicial overreach in key battleground states led by Democratic governors. The Elections Clause of the Constitution (Article I, Section 4) gives state legislatures the authority to set the time, place and manner of federal elections, i.e., the rules governing the election...

Looks like S.E. Cupp got confused—she was apparently thinking of Jeffrey Toobin... In perhaps the grossest metaphor of this election season, smutty CNN commentator and Never Trumper Sarah Elizabeth Cupp said on CNN's New Day this morning: "Trump wore the Republican party like a rented tuxedo to get through the election . . . That tuxedo is in the corner, it’s crumpled up, it’s got cigarette-butt stains, and bodily fluids on it."Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

The Steal Moves to Georgia —Trump won Georgia on Tuesday night by tens of thousands of votes. At the time — even if the outstanding ballots were counted Democrats would never win the state. But that all changed since election day.On Wednesday morning they announced only 25,000 ballots were left to count. That was at 6:20 AM.Then by 8:00 AM WEDNESDAY MORNING the Georgia Secretary of State announced that 50,000 ballots were yet to be counted. They just found 25,000-35,000 new ballots that need to be counted.

Joe Biden has widened his lead over President Donald Trump in Thursday's first update over Nevada's election results. The newest updates come from the Election Division of the Nevada Secretary of State's office. It's the first update on election results in more than 24 hours. Biden as of Thursday's most recent update had 603,807 votes, while Trump had 592,020 votes, 49.45% to 48.48%. The initial update put Biden ahead more than 12,000 votes before another update narrowed the divide. New updates are expected to roll out throughout the day as county elections departments add more vote counts.
  • How The Wisconsin Elections Commission Destroyed Fair Elections In Wisconsin

To the world, the Joe Biden presidential campaign in Wisconsin began when he won the state’s presidential primary in April. To those who understand how Biden really captured Wisconsin’s 10 electoral votes (pending a likely recount), however, the campaign to deliver him the Badger State really began in October of 2019. That month, the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC)—the bipartisan board tasked with administering the state’s elections—indicated that it would ignore Wisconsin law by refusing to remove from the state’s voter rolls the names of 234,000 people who had moved either out of state or to a different city in Wisconsin....

Economist Stephen Moore joined Fox Business to warn Americans about what Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden would do to the oil and gas industry through his regulatory agenda. During the November 4 edition of Fox Business’s Making Money, host Charles Payne referred to President Donald Trump’s regulatory relief agenda as the “unsung hero of this economic recovery.” Moore estimated that average American households saved about $3,000 under the Trump deregulation effort. “You’re talking about tens, if not hundreds of billions of dollars of savings,” Moore said. Contrasting this to a potential Biden administration, Moore warned: “People just ask me: ‘Is...

@lukeford Bud: Trump does not need the Courts to declare anything. He merely needs enough legal disputes, to run the clock into December. The Constitution says in case of election disputes that bar automatic determination of Electors, the State Legislatures will determine the respective State Electors. The State Legislatures of AZ, PA, MI are all GOP, they can name Electors.

First, they tried to bring him down with a sex "scandal" that almost elevated a creepy lawyer to a Democratic presidential contender. Then they cooked up a baseless impeachment. A virus came from China to later derail what could have been a landslide win for him. Then numerous blatant push polls tried to demoralize his supporters. (Just pick one. Less than a week before the election, an ABC News–Washington Post poll gave Biden a 17% lead in Wisconsin. Is there any way to sue these two corrupt companies?) They had written him off. Yet he not only survived, but also...

Co-host and network legal analyst Sunny Hostin on Thursday’s broadcast of ABC’s “The View” described President Donald Trump’s voters as “selfish,” and said that the display was “despicable” and “un-American.” Hostin said, “I am actually surprised that this race has been so close, not because of the pollsters, but more importantly because of the botched job that this president did. I mean, for the past four years, this president has shown us that he is a misogynist, that he is homophobic, that he is racist, and that he mismanaged a coronavirus pandemic to the tune of over 250,000 American deaths....

It's not surprising that the presidential election between President Donald Trump and the Democratic nominee, former Vice President Joe Biden, was not decided on Election Day. The votes will continue to be counted, and there is a good chance there will be recounts in areas where counts are very close. It might very well end up in the courts. What we do know is that Republicans gained seats in the House of Representatives and the Senate will more than likely remain Republican. While the presidency might be too close to call, we have a few clear takeaways. First, Trump has...

Amid allegations of electoral malpractice with regards to absentee mail-in voting in the 2020 US Presidential Polls, a prominent Trump supporter shared voting records which allegedly show dead people having cast their votes in Michigan. The twitter user Essential Fleecas shared the case of a voter named William Bradley born in 1902 - who appears to have voted via an absentee ballot in the city of Detroit. If one enters the said data in the Michigan voter information website, one is redirected to a page which shows that Bradley is successfully registered to vote in the state general election and...

Colorado voters approved Proposition 113 this week to join a national pact that will elect a president based on the popular vote in place of the Electoral College. “Officially called the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, by joining the group, Colorado would pledge to give all of its electoral votes to the national popular vote winner,” according to KDVR.
