How The Wisconsin Elections Commission Destroyed Fair Elections In Wisconsin
MacIver Institute ^ | November 5, 2020 | Dan O'Donnell

Posted on 11/05/2020 9:35:49 AM PST by lionstar

To the world, the Joe Biden presidential campaign in Wisconsin began when he won the state’s presidential primary in April. To those who understand how Biden really captured Wisconsin’s 10 electoral votes (pending a likely recount), however, the campaign to deliver him the Badger State really began in October of 2019.

That month, the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC)—the bipartisan board tasked with administering the state’s elections—indicated that it would ignore Wisconsin law by refusing to remove from the state’s voter rolls the names of 234,000 people who had moved either out of state or to a different city in Wisconsin.

Once those names are flagged by the multi-state Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) database, Wisconsin Statute § 6.50(3) requires the WEC to “notify the elector by mailing a notice by first class mail to the elector’s registration address stating the source of the information.” If they do not reply and “apply for continuation of registration within 30 days of the date the notice is mailed, the clerk or board of election commissioners shall change the elector’s registration from eligible to ineligible status.”

The law is crystal clear: If a voter does not respond and apply for continuation within 30 days, his or her name is to be removed from the voter rolls immediately. This does not, of course, disenfranchise those voters since they are still registered to vote at their new address. It simply removes the old, defunct name and address (in effect a “phantom” voter) from the rolls.

Even if a voter is incorrectly flagged (as three to five percent may be), Wisconsin has same-day voter registration and a person wrongly removed from the rolls can simply re-register on Election Day.

Try, convict, and sentence the criminal Wisconsin Elections Commission. No plea bargaining; maximum sentence; no parole.

We need to make voting harder rather than easier and easier. If you are not responsible enough, mature enough, aware and informed enough to register and maintain registration, you do not have what it takes to cast intelligent vots.

Love, Love, LOVE Dan O’Donnell. He’s on right before Rush in my area.

Really smart guy - does his homework. You can take what he has to say to the bank.

Real problem with USA voting is, it is basically an honor system. But there is no honor among thieves (democrats). Be prepared to get shafted until national voter ID with photo is issued and enforced.

DemocRats have been cheating since before Dewey beat Truman. They have just worked hard at perfecting it, until now they have “the greatest voter fraud organization in history.”

Let’s hope a sense of disciplinarian recourse overcomes the SCOTUS.
New elections where evidence of fraud or lack of transparency creates a single party dominance over the elections

I believe the Trump Team is on this already in Nevada with just 10000 involved. If even half of these are invalid in Wisc and the are Biden voters it can make a big difference in the eventual outcome. Fight on Team Trump. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

This is a fantastic article. In hindsight, it seems obvious now the mechanism they would use to steal the election. Republicans need to stop being so naive

They do not care.

Trump and his supporters are beneath contempt. Anything done to defeat Trump is fair and wise and good.

They’re too naive to realize one day this weapon will be used against them.

Pray with specific requests to the Lord.

Lord God, Heaven Father

I had just finished praying about the underhanded activates in Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.. Now this comes up in Wisconsin!!! A flood of those willing to do the devil\s work are up and about causing havoc, causing evil. We need an omnipresent and omniscient Lord to deal with these matters. We look to Thee to help us. Hear our cry, Almighty God. Hear it for the sake of Christ.

from Dr. John MacArthur Col. 4:2 Devote yourselves. The Greek word for “devote” means “to be courageously persistent” or “to hold fast and not let go” and refers here to persistent prayer Being watchful. In its most general sense this means to stay awake while praying. But Paul has in mind the broader implication of staying alert for specific needs about which to pray, rather than being vague and unfocused.

When Bill Clinton won I was behind a couple in the voting line that couldn’t read and needed help marking their ballots. I thought at the time Bush senior is in for a world of hurt.. That said, they were real voters and deserving to cast a vote. What is going on now is far different than rounding up voters..

That left a year for the Dims to (a) know who the dead and moved persons were, (b) pre-prepare mail in ballots for them, (c) ready to be used when needed.

I have been listening intently for a Trump lawsuit against Wisconsin, but so far I have not heard a thing? I realize they have their hands full in Pennsylviania, Nevada, NC, and Georgia, but surely he has enough lawyers to sue Wisconsin as well. Maybe he is waiting for the outcome in the remaining states before bothering in Wisconsin.

I am also waiting to hear about Michigan, which stinks to high heaven?

Where are the Trump lawsuits against Wisconsin and Michigan? Bring them on Mr. President. There is no reason to wait.

The simplest solution is to eliminate the whole idea of indefinite voter registration. Make everyone register each and every time they vote. Purge the voter rolls 30 days after each election, and start all over the following election cycle.
