Colorado voters approved Proposition 113 this week to join a national pact that will elect a president based on the popular vote in place of the Electoral College.

“Officially called the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, by joining the group, Colorado would pledge to give all of its electoral votes to the national popular vote winner,” according to KDVR.

The fine print is going to read, “unless it’s a Republican.”

Colorado, the Stoner State. They’re a mile high, all right. Everyone there has to be drugged just to get through their day. We need the electoral college, and the outrageous fraud going on with this election just goes to prove that.

Is this still even a thing? Can’t be constitutional.

The people of Colorado have been smoking too much of their recreational weed.

Idiotic - they are pledging to ignore the wishes of their own state’s citizens and defer to the wishes of other states when it comes to electing a president. Might sound good right now, when they’re in perfect alignment with California and New York, but how’s that going to work out when a Republican wins the popular vote while Colorodans voted Democrat?

The RATs are trying to do away with the electoral college.
They can’t, so this is THEIR way to get around it.

I knew Chickenpooper would win. I'm REALLY glad Lauren Boebert won. Ken Buck won, of course.

But this particular issue was by far the worst on the ballot, even moreso than the one about abortion.

Who really cares? This thing is still not even at 200 electoral votes and they’re fast running out of low-hanging blue states. They have yet to even match Hillary Clinton’s 232 electoral votes from 2016.

When they get one, just one, state that voted for Donald Trump in 2016 to join, let me know, until then this is just mental masturbation as far as I am concerned.

I believe when these states try to implement this SCOTUS will slap the down.

That being said, my state is lost.

“...but how’s that going to work out when a Republican wins the popular vote while Colorodans voted Democrat?...”

The RATs are going to ensure that THAT will NEVER happen...EVER. And IF it does, they’ll just do a “last-minute” repeal of the thing.

"...but how’s that going to work out when a Republican wins the popular vote while Colorodans voted Democrat?"

No worries. By the time the Demorats get done rigging the election system, packing the courts and legalizing millions of illegal aliens, no Republican will ever win office again.

"I can’t imagine it’s Constitutional."

Toss their asses from the Republic, and they can count all the popular votes they want...of their own candidates for their own non-Union territory. No Federal funds for anything.

Uh, it ain’t “just went”. Been going down the tubes for a long time. It was pretty okay in the mid 60’s. LOL! And now the ever fidiotic schticknlooper will be the new senator from there?! SMDH!. Then again, it’s crystal clear from the alleged national vote total for the byeDUHn/hVrris ticket that the country is chock full of fidiots.
