What Judge who isn’t a criminal, wouldn’t want to ensure that State laws were adhered to?

This is on par with Philadelphia not allowing GOP observers. Do they not see how this is being interpreted?
We are in for the fight of our lives....but I can’t think of a better person to lead it. We should fight at every level against this corruption.

I wouldnt read too much into this. The article states this was only for one county and it involved only 50 votes that were subsequently validated. This doesnt seem to be the case to be concerned about. Many others in motion in GA apparently.
Appeal to a higher court.
Imagine Florida 2000 in seven or eight states—this is going to be a clusterf&^% of mind-boggling proportions.

Any hope of injunctive relief has to have some evidence behind the request. No matter which trial or appellate court you’re in. If this dismissal was without prejudice, they better find some evidence before appealing. If the dismissal was with prejudice, then they better find evidence that was not available at the time of the first suit.
This is all the democrats need, time. They are manufacturing and counting votes as we speak. Every time we have to appeal it gives them more time to do their dirty work. Once a fake ballot is mixed in with legit ones it disappears forever and gets counted. I think in an earlier thread someone mentioned a poll watcher saw a woman in GA. doing just that. Stacy Abrams very confidently stated early Tuesday evening that SHE would deliver GA. It looks like she was right.
OK now THAT needs an immediate appeal....
