"We did it! Judge Barrett is going to the floor,” Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) announced following the vote to send the nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the full Senate. Democrats on the Judiciary Committee threw a hissy fit and didn’t even bother to show up for the vote on President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, therefore the vote was unanimous in favor of advancing Barrett’s nomination. In a ridiculous stunt, Democrats on the committee filled their seats with human props— posters showing people Democrats falsely claim will lose all their rights if Barrett is confirmed to...

Polls and pundits were wrong across the board prior to the 2016 presidential election. Indeed, the anti-Trump spin was so universal with pollsters and journalists in the last presidential election, that even three and a half years later, it’s hard to believe that there wasn’t a conspiracy to cook the books to discourage Trump voters. With another election pending, pollsters seem to be having hot flashes of déjà vu. Donald Trump is again universally cast as the dark horse. But this year there is some clear evidence to explain why polls and media alike may be misreading or misrepresenting the...

A new report from Columbia University researchers finds that at least 130,000 coronavirus deaths in the United States could have been avoided if the U.S. had responded to the virus as well as a group of other high-income countries. The report compares the per capita death rate in the U.S. from the virus with six other high-income countries: South Korea, Japan, Australia, Germany, Canada and France. It finds that if the U.S. had the same rate of death as France, it would have about 55,000 fewer deaths, while if it had South Korea’s rate it would have about 215,000 fewer....

The United States has seized “Aletejahtv.com†and “kataibhezbollah.com,†two websites that were unlawfully utilized by Kata’ib Hizballah, a Specially Designated National and a Foreign Terrorist Organization.“Seizures like these are critical to preventing designated entities and terrorist organizations from using U.S. websites to recruit new members and promote their twisted world views,†said Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers.  “While this case is a reminder that terrorists don’t need to step foot in our country to further their aims, today’s actions show that the Department will do what it takes to stop them.â€â€œWe will be steadfast...

snip......A secret cabal is taking over the world. They kidnap children, slaughter, and eat them to gain power from their blood. They control high positions in government, banks, international finance, the news media, and the church. They want to disarm the police. They promote homosexuality and pedophilia. They plan to mongrelize the white race so it will lose its essential power. Does this conspiracy theory sound familiar? It is. The same narrative has been repackaged by QAnon. snip....Some leading Republicans have begun to speak out against QAnon. Rep. Liz Cheney, chairwoman of the House Republican Conference, has denounced QAnon as...

On the path to voting Donald Trump out of office, the Left’s media machine would like to suppress revelations about the Biden Crime Family. As early as 2001, Senator Joe Biden set up his son, Hunter, with a lucrative ‘consulting’ agreement with a large bank. The agreement called for Hunter to receive $100,000 per year, concurrent with Joe, ‘the big guy,’ helping the credit card industry to attain passage of a bill to hamper consumers’ ability to file for bankruptcy. Reports also are emerging that Biden had been sugarcoating huge payments to family members long before that, added to the...

Elliott Broidy, 63, of Beverly Hills, California, pleaded guilty today before U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly to one count of conspiracy to violate the Foreign Agents Registration Act.“In exchange for millions of dollars, Elliott Broidy and his co-conspirators agreed to secretly do the bidding of a foreign government and a foreign national by lobbying senior U.S. government officials regarding a pending Department of Justice investigation and the extradition of a foreign national,†said Acting Assistant Attorney General Brian C. Rabbitt of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division. “Although his repeated efforts to influence the administration were unsuccessful, Mr. Broidy never disclosed...

One question: Why Redmond, why? Ah, you need to meet developers wherever they are... Microsoft has delivered on its threat to inflict Chromium Edge on Linux. Completist tendencies aside, one would be forgiven for wondering, "Why?"Click to enlarge Edge on Linux had been lurking behind the bushes before its announcement at September's Build event. Indeed, Microsoft insiders had whispered to us that it had been running for a while, but booting it out of the door was not a top priority for the team. A good few months later and here we are: a Dev Channel version of Edge can...

Today, I have signed into law S. 209, the “PROGRESS for Indian Tribes Act of 2019†(the “Actâ€). This Act makes several amendments to enhance tribal self-governance under the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act of 1975 (ISDEAA) and helps promote my Administration’s goal of further empowering tribes. For example, the Department of Transportation recently implemented the Tribal Transportation Self-Governance Program, which provides federally recognized tribes and tribal organizations with greater control, flexibility, and decision-making authority over Federal funds used to carry out tribal transportation programs, functions, services, and activities in tribal communities. I note, however, that the Act...

Steady as she goes for Microsoft as Edge turns up and Start gets a buffing Good news for Windows fans, the October 2020 Update is here, for some people at least, and the known issues list isn't as bad as the last one. After lurking in the beta and release preview channel of the Windows Insider program for what seemed like an age, the Windows 10 October 2020 (aka 20H2) has arrived, bringing with it Microsoft's new Chromium-based Edge browser and, frankly, precious little else. The glorified update follows the pattern established in 2019, where a major update hit during the spring,...

Today, I have signed into law S. 881, the “Promoting Research and Observations of Space Weather to Improve the Forecasting of Tomorrow Act,†or “PROSWIFT Act†(the “Actâ€). The Act provides authorities to improve the gathering of space weather data and the forecasting of space weather. I note, however, that certain provisions of the Act, while generally unobjectionable as a matter of policy, could limit my discretion under Article II of the Constitution to conduct the Nation’s foreign affairs. These include applicable parts of section 2(a) and 51 U.S.C. 60601(c)(3) and 60603(c), as added by section 2(b). My Administration will...

As more and more evidence pops up, Biden’s hard drive bombshell goes far beyond Hunter Biden himself. Still, it reaches the deepest and darkest collusion between the former Obama-Biden US administration and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) regime. According to the Lude Media, the leading YouTube Channel of the Whistleblower Movement, one of the most shocking events from the hard drive is that while Biden was Vice President, he and Obama sold out 36 US CIA informants in China to the Xi Jinping regime. That directly led to all of these CIA informants were cruelly executed by the CCP secret...
