Joe Biden and his wife Jill on Wednesday boarded the Amtrak train in Cleveland to head to Alliance, Ohio. Biden looked tired and battered after last night’s debate as he boarded the train. Trump supporters had a little surprise for Biden when he arrived outside an Elks lodge by a train station in Alliance, Ohio. Trump supporters dragged out huge speakers and blared audio clips of Joe Biden’s gaffes.

Neither Joe Biden nor debate moderator Chris Wallace seems to believe that vote fraud with mail-in ballots is a real issue. They both made that clear in Tuesday night’s presidential debate. “Nobody has established at all there is a fraud related to the mail-in ballot,” Biden claimed. Chris Wallace asserted: “The biggest problem with mail-in voting is not fraud, historically.”

Democratic Ohio state Rep. Bernadine Kennedy Kent on Tuesday endorsed President Trump over former Vice President Joe Biden. The endorsement comes after a history of feuding with Ohio Democrats, according to The Cincinnati Enquirer. "Not only am I Black, I am a proud American and delighted to endorse President Trump for re-election," Kennedy Kent, who represents Ohio's 25th District, wrote in her endorsement posted to the president's 2020 campaign website. "Furthermore, I am honored to share with people my intent to vote for him and spread the word on the value of his leadership and his dedication to the American...

During CNN’s coverage of Tuesday’s presidential debate, host Jake Tapper stated that he received a text from one of his friends that their sixth-grade daughter burst into tears and had to run to bed because the girl was “so appalled” by President Donald Trump’s behavior. Tapper said that everyone on the panel is “getting text messages from friends all over the country. A friend of mine, in Kansas City, watching her first debate with her sixth-grade daughter, daughter bursts into tears, has to run to bed. Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s top staff has launched a last-minute effort trying to stop New York City’s embattled Board of Elections from resending ballots to nearly 100,000 Brooklynites who received the wrong return envelope, The Post has learned. The developments come just hours after BOE commissioners ordered the agency vendor that botched the initial absentee ballot mailings to resend them. “The governor wants to take a different approach,” said Doug Kellner, the co-chairman of the state Board of Elections, who declined to elaborate further. “You’ve got to talk to the governor’s office.”

The first presidential debate between President Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden has concluded. Following the night, the biggest takeaway is that there were no surprises, and nothing happened that will change any attitudes, cause either candidate to gain or lose any votes, or move any undecided voters one way or the other. Indeed, while the debate was contentious, and at times became personal, it lacked any real substance that could change attitudes in any meaningful way. Given the level of back-and-forth between the candidates, the substance of the candidates’ answers was often lost and took a back seat...

A federal judge on Wednesday ordered the Department of Justice to publish information redacted from the Mueller report that had been designated as privileged. District Court Judge Reggie Walton said that the Trump administration had failed to justify certain redactions from the report on the special counsel's investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election. The specific redactions he took issue with cover the decision-making process within Robert Mueller's team over whether to charge certain people with crimes during the probe. "Based on the Court’s review of the unredacted version of the Mueller Report, the Court concludes that the Department...

This poor child just wanted to scoot down a hill, to feel the breeze and the rumble of his wheels against pavement. Instead, he got chased down by a bird looking for a fight. The kid, apparently named Max, screamed and screamed as the bird dive-bombed him. Who knows what possessed that bird, but the child's screams really are fitting for 2020. According to ViralHog, where the video was published, the boy's father said this took place in Warilla, New South Wales, Australia. "My son and I went riding our scooter and pushbikes," the father said, according to the video...

Australia has a reputation for terrifying, deadly animals, from brown snakes to redback spiders to buff red kangaroos that can disembowel you with their feet. Fortunately, most of these hell creatures will won't start anything if you just leave them alone. Unfortunately, magpies do not extend the same courtesy. Also known as "spring" in the U.S., swooping season is in full swing in Australia, adding just one more reason for everyone to stay indoors right now. Every year from early August to late October, the Australian magpie loses its tiny feathered gourd and starts indiscriminately dive-bombing anything that comes within...

Two reasons the leftward ratchet continues: 1. leftism in practice creates the conditions it claims to correct. 2. it has an extremely legible scapegoat. Let's start with the second one.

Equilibria between illiberalisms is fragile. If one of them ever gets the upper hand, then decadent transitory liberalism collapses into a stabler, illiberal state.

Deonte Lee Murray, the man accused in the ambush shooting of two Los Angeles County deputies in Compton earlier this month, has been charged with attempted murder, prosecutors announced Wednesday. Murray, 36, was taken into custody after a lengthy standoff three days after the deputies were shot, though his arrest was unrelated to the attack on the deputies, Sheriff Alex Villanueva initially said. The deputies, a 31-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man, were shot in the face and head while sitting in their patrol car near the Compton metro station. Both underwent surgery and have been released from the hospital....

Chris Wallace has received negative marks for his constant interruptions of President Donald Trump, and for his poor time management, but the worst thing about his moderation of the first presidential debate on Wednesday were the questions he asked. Here are the 11 dumbest, most slanted questions asked by Wallace. 1. ‘What is radical about racial sensitivity training?’ “This month, your administration directed federal agencies to end racial sensitivity training that addresses white privilege or critical race theory. Why did you decide to do that, to end racial sensitivity training? And do you believe that there is systemic racism in...

VIDEO James Comey had a rather funny defense for all the shenanigans going under his nose while he was FBI Director: he was completely incompetent. As you can see in the clip in the video above and at greater length at the video link below, Comey went full incompetent fool at the Senate Judiciary hearing. It had to be incredibly humiliating but it sure beat the alternative of testifying that he knew what was going on all around him and end up indicted.
