I don't get it. Newsom is calling for people to steer clear of big meetings, sporting events, etc. SO WHY HASN'T HE ORDERED TELECOMMUTING FOR STATE WORKERS? Is it a "state of emergency" or is it not? And why isn't the media asking him this question?

The price for U.S. benchmark West Texas Intermediate bottomed out at $31.13 per barrel when trading closed Monday afternoon, down nearly 25% from $41.28 a barrel last Friday.
