A former Homeland Security adviser warned that the US is just over a week away from the nation’s hospitals “getting creamed” by the rapidly spreading coronavirus, reports said.
Tom Bossert, who served under President Donald Trump from 2017 to 2018, told NBC News Tuesday the US is headed for the same sort of health care crisis Italy is experiencing.
In a Monday op-ed in the Washington Post, Bossert said it’s imperative for the country to “reduce the acute, exponential growth of the outbreak” as soon as possible “in order to reduce suffering and the strain on our health care system.

Its such the quintessential Washington-Beltway swamp player - loyal, unbiased civil servant in office, who then spews opinion and venom when they are out of that position - thus proving they were never loyal or unbiased in the first place.
The Deep State is obviously controlling the messaging. Too many conflicting estimates and numbers being thrown out there by CDC people, medical experts, and people inside the government about the number of people who will be affected by the virus. All meant to confuse and frighten the American people. It’s working.

Thomas P. Bossert (born March 25, 1975) is an American lawyer and former Homeland Security Advisor to U.S. President Donald Trump. He is an ABC News Homeland Security analyst. Immediately before, he was a fellow at the Atlantic Council and prior to that he served as Deputy Homeland Security Advisor to President George W. Bush. In that capacity, he co-authored the 2007 National Strategy for Homeland Security. Prior to that, Bossert held positions in the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Small Business Administration, the Office of the Independent Counsel, and the House of Representatives. He also was appointed as the Director of Infrastructure Protection under Bush, overseeing the security of critical U.S. infrastructure, a post he held for two years.
Sounds like a perfect candidate to be a Never-Trump jerk to me.

it’s so obvious now. This is it, and they are going to keep pushing. They absolutely want to crash the economy and keep it on it’s back. I have noticed whenever the market shows a sign of recovery a rat Governor or official announces something to kill it.

Also according to the Johns Hopkins website, the Diamond Princess has has 6 deaths. There were more than 4000 passengers on board and about 80% of the passengers were older than age 60.
I don't know how they extrapolate form that to, "we're all gonna die".
