The letter required Dickens to bring her daughter to her pediatrician for further evaluation for her nutrition and must provide proof to the school that she did so. "I understand hearing and vision because that affects their ability to be educated the proper...

Democrats (from the party that thinks the Electoral College is undemocratic but that unelected super delegates representing party bosses are just fine) forget how former DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz tipped the scales for Hillary Clinton over a surging Bernie Sanders. She interfered in the 2016 election in ways that Vladimir Putin couldn’t even dream of and arguably changed at least the Democratic Party results and campaign timeline. In all the discussions of the Russians or their operatives hacking into the DNC and exposing the emails documenting DNC corruption and collusion with a single candidate, Hillary Clinton, the content of...

Even congressional interns can’t be trusted after one leaked a recording of a speech by Jared Kushner in which he admitted “there may be no solution” to the conflict in the Middle East. “So, what do we offer that’s unique? I don’t know,” President Trump’s son-in-law said in the speech on Monday, which was leaked despite a stern warning from an administration staffer not to spill the beans. “I’m sure everyone that’s tried this has been unique in some ways, but again we’re trying to follow very logically. We’re thinking about what the right end state is,” he continued in...

A report by CNN’s Jake Tapper about a self-described “email prankster” who successfully tricked White House officials and members of President Trump’s family into responding highlights just how easy it is to fool highly influential individuals online. In the case spotlighted by Tapper, an individual described as an “email prankster” in the UK was able to fool Trump administration officials, demonstrating the simplicity of such a feat and showing how virtually anyone with creativity and knowhow could have been behind the breach of Podesta’s email account reportedly via a general spear-phishing campaign. Tapper’s report states the following people were duped...

William Shatner, the actor best known for his role as Captain Kirk on Star Trek, expressed his distaste for social justice warriors and was promptly attacked by SJWs on Twitter and in the media. Shatner took to Twitter recently to express his distaste over modern day social justice warriors comparing themselves to the social reform movements of the 1960s, which focused on causes such as racial equality and equal pay. Shatner, who took part in one of the earliest interracial kisses ever broadcast on American TV in Star Trek, tweeted, “Why is it that SJW’s think they can align themselves...

WRSA: What does the title of your new novel refer to? Red sandstone cliffs are common to the coastal region of Morocco I’m writing about, and they feature in the story. All the Dan Kilmer novels are going to contain a geographical feature in their titles. So far I’ve used up “Cay” and “Cliffs”, so I don’t anticipate running out soon. WRSA: I couldn’t find Cape Zerhoun or Port Zerhoun on any maps of Morocco. It’s a composite of a few different locations, but is largely based on the historical pirate port of Salé from the corsair era but relocated...

WASHINGTON — The Senate overwhelmingly confirmed Christopher A. Wray as the next F.B.I. director on Tuesday to steer the United States’ premier law enforcement agency through a politically fraught period as it investigates whether any of President Trump’s associates colluded with the Russian government during last year’s election. The confirmation of Mr. Wray, a former federal prosecutor, is likely to be a relief to many agents at the F.B.I. who want a strong director to stave off any attempts by the White House to meddle in its investigations. The deteriorating relationship between Mr. Trump and the previous F.B.I. director, James...

Christiana Figureres, the former head of the United Nations’ Framework Convention on Climate Change, recently joined with a group of climate scientists and policy wonks to state there are three years left to get emissions moving sharply downward. If, that is, we’re holding out hope of limiting the warming of the globe to below 2 degrees Celsius (3.6 degrees Fahrenheit) above pre-industrial temperatures, often cited as the threshold where “dangerous” warming begins (although in truth, that’s a matter of interpretation). Yet a battery of recent studies call into question even that limited optimism. Last week, a group of climate researchers published research suggesting the climate has been warming for...

June sales chart not yet released. May shows industry growth since 2000 A staff writer for the Atlanta Journal Constitution blog has stretched the truth a considerable amount in saying that President Trump has been detrimental to the gun industry. From myajc.com: President Donald Trump may yet rejuvenate coal mining or bring manufacturing jobs back to the United States. But his election already seems to have been detrimental to at least one economic sector: the gun industry. With the new president firmly aligned with gun-rights advocates, the FBI performed 9 percent fewer firearms background checks in the first half...

Gary Brose, the 65-year-old Republican candidate for Seattle mayor laughs at the recent Fox News host assertion that Seattle is a socialist hellhole. “They’re trying for ratings there, I think.” But the small businessman who runs four courier services knows what he’s up against. Seattle hasn’t had a Republican mayor in 47 years. There’s a Socialist Alternative Party member on the City Council, but no Republicans. “I've always wanted to do something virtually impossible,” he says. “This is pretty close.” Seattle elections are officially non-partisan, but Gary Brose openly identifies himself a moderate Republican. He says it wasn't until three...

It never stops. The attacks on conservative opinion are nonstop. Liberals will not tolerate differing opinion! ** Facebook kills conservative stories before they can go viral. ** Twitter blocks users from liking President Trump’s tweets. And now YouTube has partnered with far left groups to target conservative outlets and videos they deem offensive. The liberal partners include “No Hate Speech”, The Institute for Strategic Dialogue and the far left Anti-Defamation League — the group that just put gay Gateway Pundit reporter Lucian Wintrich, who is the grandson of Jewish Nazi occupation survivor, on its hate list.
