Yesterday I was online arguing with three British leftists who were coming up with every excuse in the book for Islam advancing so rapidly in the UK. They were attacking me for pointing out what is happening over there, and were in complete denial about the situation. This article clearly shows us how wrong they were and how the UK is tearing itself apart from within to cater to Islam. The question is, why is the left so protective of Islam? Genocide: How Islamic Colonisation Destroys Your Heritage The bloodless genocide and ethnic cleansing of the British people and culture...

Having spent much of the past thirty years of my life in the advertising industry, the flaws of President Obama’s health care message are apparent and massive. Most people outside the ad business will tell you that commercials try to beat you over the head to make you buy what you don’t need or want. In truth advertising that doesn’t address the public’s needs or wants does not work. On top of that if a consumer keeps being exposed to a message that does not meet a need, they begin to tune it out quickly, it’s called wear-out. Finally if...

President Barack Obama cannot possibly intend to resemble an aspiring dictator. Somehow, he keeps doing so. Now he's going ahead with plans to address America's schoolchildren, having dropped the part about encouraging those children to then "write letters to themselves about what they can do to help the president." This administration's run is rapidly transforming into an episode of "The Twilight Zone." How could Obama be so foolish? He and his advisers must be oblivious to the connections between the American far left and fascism. They must be immune to the revulsion that so many ordinary citizens feel when they...

Another respected poll is out that shows the American public overwhelmingly favors school reforms opposed by the union that is misnamed the National Education Association. On two issues in particular, the public is far ahead of the NEA. The annual poll, released late last month by Phi Delta Kappa International, a professional association for educators, in conjunction with Gallup, demonstrated strong majority support for charter schools and merit-pay systems for teachers. But the power-hungry union consistently puts roadblocks or stultifying restrictions on these reforms. The poll found that nearly two out of three Americans favor charter schools. The NEA, however,...

The Conservative party says hospitals are at breaking point and claims that a second wave of swine flu could result in a bed shortage The NHS may not have enough intensive care beds to cope if a second wave of swine flu hits the country, the Conservative party claimed today. Hospitals are already at "breaking point" and are having to close critical care beds to new admissions for large parts of the year, according to the shadow health secretary, Andrew Lansley. The allegation comes amid intensifying party exchanges over the future of the NHS. The Tories are attempting the novel...

Michelle Obama's longtime trainer is breaking his silence, spilling the workout secrets that keep the First Lady fit for her favorite sleeveless outfits. "She's truly committed herself to the importance of health and fitness," Cornell McClellan tells Women's Health magazine. McClellan, who began training Obama in 1997, said her sculpted arms are mostly the result of tricep pushdowns and hammer curls. The trainer, who owns the Naturally Fit fitness center in Chicago, reveals the First Lady usually does an intense calorie-burning cardio workout. Once she gets the blood flowing and the muscles pumping, she tops it off with "arm-shaping supersets"...

Did you ever notice that when liberals start criticizing conservatives, they start out by telling us how intellectually inferior we are? Have you noticed how angry it makes them that anybody, as intellectually lacking as we are should have the audacity to question them and their superior intellect? They know what's good for us lesser beings and that if we weren't such a bunch of uncultured rednecks, we would see the error of our ways, we would just drive our pickup trucks, drink our beer, clean our guns and leave the weightier things like governing to them. It's called arrogance...

In case of a swine flu pandemic the French government has a plan to introduce emergency measures that would gut legal protections for citizens, the daily Liberation reported Tuesday. According to documents provided to the daily by a judges' union, the plan would extend the period police can keep a suspect in detention without charge or a hearing before a judge to up to six months. Suspects would also not be able to contact a lawyer until after spending 24 hours in custody.

After all of the explosive controversy of having a 9/11 Truther in the Obama administration exposed, perhaps an ordinary case of hypocrisy and subterfuge will seem like a respite. The Washington Times reports that Barack Obama’s appointee for Undersecretary of Homeland Security - Science and Technology has forgotten to mention that she worked for a firm that lobbied Congress on the exact same area that she will now run. Will we get yet another waiver of the White House’s no-lobbyists executive order? President Obama’s nominee at the Department of Homeland Security overseeing bioterrorism defense has served as a key adviser...

Recycling posters featuring the picture of US President Barack Obama have reportedly been spotted on garbage cans at the Estonian capital's airport. Obama's photograph is encircled with the three arrows that symbolize recycling and encourages consumers with his campaign slogan "Yes, We Can," Russia Today (RT) reported citing a report at delfi.ee. Eesti Pakendiringlus, an Estonian recycled packaging company, is stressing on the “can” with a pun on the word's other meaning tin.

Please add Greg, his wife, family and doctors to your prayer lists. Greg has an abdomnal aortic aneurism. Unfortunately, it is not in a position to use a stent, so they will have to open the aorta and then sew in a "replacement piece". Surgery is scheduled for Sept.10th, our anniversary, so we look on that as a good omen. All prayers are gratefully accepted. They have not given us the time of the surgery, but we are hoping for the early AM so there is less time to fret. ~Greg's wife.

If you heard the words “older, whiter and more stupid” emanate from the mouths of MSNBC’s lead hatemonger Keith Olbermann and Newsweek’s leftist reporter Jonathan Alter Friday night, you might have had one of two reactions: It was a weird bit of self-descriptionMove along, nothing to see here, folks, MSNBC long ago declared itself Home of the Race Card with this little bit of nonsense: Sometimes I fear this description may also apply to me, as Keith and company are keeping me plenty busy indoors and away from sunlight lately, responding to their daily rhetorical outrages; and also because as...

In the late '60s, with a little prodding from his sons, my father finally gave in and replaced his monaural Garrard turntable with a stereo one. Suddenly, Sgt. Pepper's band sounded so much bigger. And clearer. I could hear two distinct guitars playing, not just a generic guitar sound. Two decades later, in 1988, I finally broke down and bought a CD player and the first of many Beatles CDs -- now, that was a jump from what I'd been hearing on vinyl for years. There were so many more instruments I'd never noticed. And notes I'd never heard. On...

Health Deals Anger Former Obama Staffers, Supporters Posted by Stephanie Condon President Obama has said in recent weeks that he still supports a government-sponsored health insurance plan, or "public option," but he has stopped short of calling it a necessary element of health care reform. For tens of thousands of his supporters, that is not good enough. More than 70,000 former Obama campaign staffers, volunteers and donors have signed a petition, spearheaded by the liberal group the Progressive Change Campaign Committee, saying as much. "We worked so hard for real change," the petition reads. "President Obama, please demand a strong...
  • How is the American Revolution taught in England?

We were taught that the people in the US were being taxed and didn't have a say in the matter. Hence the slogan: "No taxation without representation" This coming from a people who slaughtered Indians like they were bison and continued having slavery even after representation because of taxation. Basically a white man's slogan. There abouts. Obviously the French didn't like the English much at that time either. But let's be honest, when have they ever? So, the Americans (read: white Americans) wanted rid of the English, which of course they were in no position to demand or effectuate, but...

WASHINGTON -- Former first lady Laura Bush on Monday expressed support for President Barack Obama's decision to speak to the nation's school children, saying it is "really important for everyone to respect the president of the United States." In an interview with CNN, Mrs. Bush, a former school teacher, said, "There's a place for the president of the United States to talk to school children and encourage school children" to stay in school. And she said parents and others also need to send that message. Obama's planned remarks Tuesday to be broadcast by C-SPAN to many schools across the country...

Featured Term (selected at random):DOCTRINAL PLURALISM The theory that a Catholic may legitimately hold a doctrinal position that is in contradiction to what the Church reaches, either as defined or by her ordinary universal magisterium. This would mean that contradictory doctrines in faith or morals could be professed by different persons, all equally in good standing in the Catholic Church. Doctrinal pluralism was condemned by the First Vatican Council, 1869-70 (Denzinger 3042, 3043). All items in this dictionary are from Fr. John Hardon's Modern Catholic Dictionary, © Eternal Life. Cornyn: August 'disaster' helped GOP By Reid Wilson - 09/08/09 09:37 AM ET National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) Chairman John Cornyn (Texas) will inform colleagues on Tuesday that the August recess gave Republicans a new advantage heading into the 2010 elections. In a memo to Republican senators, Cornyn calls the summer break “nothing short of a disaster for our Democrat colleagues” that put momentum behind the GOP. After beginning the cycle with more retirements and vulnerable incumbents than Democrats had, Cornyn notes: “What a difference a couple of months makes.” “President Obama is now attempting to press the reset button...

It's clear that President Barack Obama's $787-billion stimulus hasn't worked as advertised, but some economists are worried it could backfire and cause something much worse. According to a new study by economists Charles Rowley of George Mason University and Nathanael Smith of the Locke Institute and endorsed by Nobel laureate James Buchanan, the Keynesian tactics employed by Obama "will ultimately hamper the long-term growth potential of the U.S. economy and may risk delaying full economic recovery by several years." The study accuses the president of making Depression-era mistakes. Stephen Moore, member of the Wall Street Journal editorial board and senior...
