Some Moslems return from Bosnia, Albanians wait SARAJEVO, June 18 (Reuters) - Over 21,000 ethnic Albanian refugees in Bosnia have still not started organised returns to their homes in Kosovo as they are waiting for the security situation to stabilise, a U.N. spokeswoman said on Friday. But some Moslem Slavs from the Sanjak region in south-western Yugoslavia, who had fled fearing forced mobilisation and oppression, have gone back, spokeswoman Wendy Rappeport of the U.N. refugee agency (UNHCR) said. ``At this point we don't have statistics but the numbers seem to be very small, mostly Sanjaks returning to their region,'' Rappeport ...
