Christie, I have forgotten most of the names that were given these great recipes... I remember marveling at their uniqueness as I tested them and then get on the phone to Angelique to report, only to have her give me their new names ...These were serious foods, from talented cooks.... that just made them all the more hilarious. Angelique would start laughing at the name as only she could, and that would start me doing the same... At times it was so late, and we were so tired and punch-drunk, it would get down right silly...sigh
