Pinellas Pasco Judge Greer set October 15, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. for her feeding tube to be removed. There's something wrong with Florida's exit protocols and the way the courts handle new information re: criminality (misrepresentation, attempted murder, etc.) affecting a case. There was no living will, only the assertion of a very suspect, so-called husband, his brother, etc. that Terri would not want to live on life support. Terri is not on life support, she is not comatose or PVS and she is not living "artificially". She does get sustenance from a feeding tube but only because she has been denied rehabilitation by her so-called husband after he won a malpratice lawsuit three years after her collapse (cause unknown but probably due to strangulation or physical abuse, or both) which is why Terri needs an army of supporters to spread her story from coast to coast. Terri has retained rights that are being sidestepped because she is disabled and has been denied rehabilitation! The technologies of rehabilitation have greatly improved exponentially yet Judge Greer has not let Terri have a chance to learn to eat or to be able to learn to speak/communicate again. Also new information bearing on the case which shows criminality on husband's side has not been considered by the 2nd District Court of Appeals who handed down Mandate for termination of Terri's feeding based upon testimony of criminal husband and brother as above stated. Who is next?

I'm going to wear black this week and yesterday had only 1/2 apple and a few pistacchios. I want you to know that I went without food or water until about 3pm and I was very uncomfortable, already, at that time.

Also you might try Steve(?) Forbes, for whatever it is worth as an idea. I read recently that after Princeton hired the infanticide king Peter Singer, Forbes had strong objections and has withheld donations from Princeton ever since.

Kogan was involved in the Browning case in which Felos was also involved. Felos and Kogan do not turn up in a Google search together, but Browning is one connection.

Kogan is the former Chief Justice of the Florida State Supreme Court, believes food tubes can be removed AND believes that physician assisted suicide is no different than removing food tubes.

Kogan is, in effect, an influential person who is on the "cutting edge" for Florida right-to-diers.

He's retired from his judgeship and now involved in "ethics," and has an office at the University of Miami.

Re your Google problem: there have been reports of DNS issues with Google, particularly if you are on Comcast. There is also a virus that disrupts your connection. Hope those links help!

Sandy Sauls was one of the good guys on the Democrat side. I don't know what he's up to these days, but if he were in George Greer's shoes, you can bet he would have looked at Terri with his own eyes instead of relying only on others' info.

As to moving to Ireland (The Republic of Ireland) it's hard getting much info. The guidelines I could find were roughly:

If one of your Grandparents is Irish, you can apply to become a citizen. It takes 5 years.
You can claim asylum from certain countries.
You can get a work VISA. But it looks like a work VISA must come from an employer who has to give good reason for importing foreign workers.

But we can't give up can we? We just need to get a loud enough voice while trying not to be dismissed as "religious nuts".
I never knew this was happening in my country. I'll bet most people don't. They need to find out.
