Just as the healthcare drama in the capitol reaches a grand finale, congressional officials are warning employees to avoid the DRUDGE REPORT!
The Senate's Committee on Environment and Public Works issued an urgent email late Monday claiming the DRUDGE REPORT is 'responsible for the many viruses popping up throughout the Senate.'
The committee ordered hill staff: 'Try to avoid' the DRUDGE REPORT 'for now'.
On Monday DRUDGE served over 29 million pages with NOT ONE email complaint received about 'pop ups', or the site serving 'viruses'.
The site was seen 149,967 times since March 1st from users at senate.gov and 244,347 times at house.gov. [10,825 visits from the White House, eop.gov]

Now that’s good! Drudge should use that.
Yes they can. Websense is a big government contractor and it can block anything you want. I sure the others can too. I'm sure the Drudge traffic meter will be going up today coincidentally....tell someone they can't/shouldn't do something...what do they do?
Yep. Exposed the dems again for what they are truely up too. Dems to free speech and the truth are like vampires to sunlight.

Just remember folks, a President John S(h--head) MeCain couldn't have exposed the Democrats for what they are 1/1000ths as well.
Thanks Barack. You've done everything to your party that I ever wanted to do.
I would imagine Drudge has the best virus protection money can buy precisely because of the potential for a virus attack by the left.
Alinsky 101: Always accuse your opposition of what you’re doing.
MY thoughts exactly.
It sounds more as if certain Senators are responsible for the many viruses popping up throughout the Senate.
You do know that the "warning" wasn't really about computer viruses, don't you?
You do know that if you get rid of the crap from microsoft,
you remove the cover for thought control.

No freebie there. At least not without some pain coming back at them.
Government censorship of web pages. Guess we are going full out communist like China or North Korea.
Anyone think Democrats are developing a bunker mentality?
Online porn is probably healthier and more productive for them.
That will backfire big time with any employee with half a brain left.
The Bedford Incident was an excellent and scary movie that came out in 1965.
There was a brief scene possibly showing Navy Security Group Guys/CTs in action on the Bedford.
At that time I was in the reserves and both active duty CTs and reservists were told not to go to the movie nor to comment on it.
Like most CTs in the DC area, I went to the movie. Most of us went to the first evening showing in the DC/Virginia area. Many of us took our wives, girl friends and parents with us. We used the appropriate “No Comments” before, during and after the movie.
The theater was filled with CTs and ASA reservists and active duty guys, and guys with short haircuts and black shoes watching those of us in attendance before, during and after. My unit could have activated at the theater.
Shortly afterwards, the Navy dropped the don’t go and said to use “No Comment” when/where it was appropriate when asked about the scene.
OH! here he is!
