Next month, with luck, I will move into my own place in Tucson. Hobbes is in a kennel there, and my things are in storage there as well, but I didn't have the money to move to AZ AND find an apartment, so I'm sort of in Limbo.
It's only temporary. I couldn't stand to be with my brother on a full time basis.

I spent one summer in Tuscon about 20 years ago. I liked it.

My brother and his wife have seminars to give on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, but I want to start looking for a place of my own ASAP.
I already know the general area (where I have my things stored) and it is on the bus line, so until my nephew can find me a small truck, I will still be able to get around.
I'm glad to be back in the desert, that's for sure! :o]

It's a lot bigger now, but it is still very pretty and still feels like a small town, so that's good. And I'm going to be there at the right time of year...just when it starts to warm up. Maybe it will take the chill and ache out of my bones by May...
