The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear a challenge to a Mississippi law that bans nearly all abortions after the 15th week of pregnancy. It will be the first abortion case to be argued before the Supreme Court since Justice Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed, potentially providing a pathway to challenging Roe v. Wade and allowing outright bans on abortion. The court will consider the heart of Roe by hearing arguments on whether all bans on abortion prior to the point of fetal viability are unconstitutional.

A top prosecutor on ex-Special Counsel Robert Mueller's phony Russia investigation into Donald Trump is weighing in on a new scheme to go after the 45th president. During an interview on MSNBC, Andrew Weissman responded to reports from last week that said Palm Beach is making contingency plans to arrest Trump if he is indicted by Manhattan New York District Attorney Cy Vance. Weissman fantasized about the possibility that Trump could end up being effectively "imprisoned" in Florida if Republican Governor Ron DeSantis chooses to fight attempts to extradite him to New York.

A new bill has been introduced that would fire Dr. Anthony Fauci from his position as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. An explosive new bill, which is titled "Fauci’s Incompetence Requires Early Dismissal Act" is being introduced by Republican Rep. Warren Davidson of Ohio. The FIRED Act, which will likely never pass in the Democrat-controlled House, seeks to impose a retroactive 12-year term limit on the job Fauci has held since 1984.

The Maricopa County, Arizona, recount and audit of the 2020 presidential election is ongoing, but there has been a new plot twist. Arizona GOP Chair Dr. Kelli Ward delivered a major update on Monday night and explained what she called “the big router lie” by the Maricopa County officials. Maricopa County had 2.1 million votes in 2020 and therefore required a large system to handle the routers for the election. Maricopa County insisted last week they could turn over the routers because they are shared with law enforcement. Ward explained that if an election is to be certified, its routers...

Remember when New York socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and others went to the U.S.-Mexico border nearly two years ago and clearly staged a stunt to blame Donald Trump for the migrant surge? Well, it turns out federal memos reveal that she was in an “agitated” state when she visited a Border Patrol station in El Paso, Texas, in 2019 and began screaming at a female agent. The memos center around an incident that AOC claimed happened in which an agent allegedly took a “selfie” with Ocasio-Cortez, triggering AOC into a temper tantrum.

With Democrats in control of Congress and Joe Biden in the White House, Republicans are battling multiple fronts to uphold the Constitution. And conservatives just secured a massive victory at the U.S. Supreme Court regarding free speech. The Supreme Court ruled in an 8-1 decision that a Georgia college’s speech code policy violated the First Amendment and that a student who was harmed by the policy can seek damages. Justice Clarence Thomas issued the opinion of the court, writing that nominal damages claims are enough to establish standing to sue for a constitutional violation. Chief Justice John Roberts was the...

"A 13th Circuit Court judge is scheduled to hear arguments on a defense request to dismiss an Antrim County election-related lawsuit —a move opposed by the plaintiff who, court records show, is instead seeking to expand the case," the report...

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) said President Joe Biden’s infrastructure proposals would create significant inflation, which would thereby act as a “tax” for people who make less than $400,000. Biden and his deputies have said they wouldn’t raise taxes on people making less than $400,000 per year. However, due to the sheer size of his two infrastructure proposals, worth about $4 trillion, some economists have warned that it would trigger significant inflation.

In a video that is gaining a massive amount of traction, two doctors, Dr. Sherri Tenpenny and Dr. Larry Palevsky, host a round table discussion called “Critical Thinking” with three special guests, Dr. Carrie Madej, Dr. Christiane Northrup, and Dr. Lee Merritt, where they discuss, what they believe, are extreme dangers of “weaponized” COVID-19 vaccines. This is especially true for people who have chosen not to receive the experimental COVID-19 vaccine but have been exposed to those who have, and have contracted infections that appear...

Something must be really worrying Democrats. There appears to be a full-court press effort to delay and defer any and every effort to audit Maricopa County's election results. Officials in Arizona's Maricopa County are withholding materials subpoenaed by the state legislature as part of its audit of the county's 2020 election, claiming that surrendering them would constitute a security risk for both law enforcement and federal agencies.

Two Major League Baseball teams, the New York Yankees and New York Mets, are getting prepared to, kind of, bring their games back to normal. But the price of bringing the games back to somewhat normal is precisely what many people were frightened of to begin with, CBS New York reported. Their stadiums, Yankee Stadium and Citi Field respectively, will have separate seating for vaccinated and non-vaccinated people. In the vaccinated section, fans will not have to socially distance but will still, ridiculously, have to wear masks even after the Centers For Disease Control said masks were not needed outside.
