Arizona’s Senate has backed off from its threat to subpoena Maricopa County officials, instead asking them to voluntarily appear at a meeting next week to answer questions about “serious issues” that have been uncovered by a 2020 election audit.
Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, a Republican, asked Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jack Sellers, also a Republican, on Wednesday to cooperate with the Senate to resolve the issues, including the county’s noncompliance with earlier subpoenas.
And so it begins....
They should all be sitting in JAIL for their Obstruction of Justice and Destruction of Evidence and records
No way in hell democrat officials are going to VOLUNTEER information.
Nothing will come of the request.
I don’t get it. Why not subpoena the democrat officials for the necessary information.
What is the matter with these people? The people running Maricopa County and its elections have never cooperated. They have stalled. They have used legal actions to attempt to avoid being audited. And now there is clear evidence they have destroyed evidence being subpoenaed by the legislature and violated numerous election laws. And you simply ask them to voluntarily show up for a discussion? They should already be in jail for contempt awaiting additional charges of massive election fraud and destruction of evidence.
It began a long time ago. People were just too ignorant or blind to see what was coming.
it’s the new American election method...demholes cheat, and republicans stand by and watch
A meeting to discuss their non-compliance with a subpoena?
That won’t work. That’s a signal for the bad guys to dig in.
It _should_ be contempt charges and jail time until the subpoena is complied with.
Shit.
If the closest to the guilty parties responsible for election fraud cannot be legally challenged but must be asked pretty please .... it's over.

Soon to be two different systems for elections .... the fraud will never be stopped
I admire AZ State Senate President Karen Fann.
She’s doing the right thing.
First, offer a conciliatory approach. Give them a chance to explain. Then, if their shenanigans continue, reassert the existing subpoena to comply or face ARREST or RECALL.
Smart lady, very smart.
I don’t get it either.
Here is how it should go...
Ok guys and girls thank you for coming in today. We got major problems uncovered. The count is off and the machines are tampered with and most of bidens votes are on computer paper and not legal ballots. People are about to go to jail. All those that didn’t come in this morning are going to jail. If you want to stay out of jail you better start spilling the beans or all of you are going.
That likely won’t happen but it should. Give them a chance to admit it before it goes public. But like Sydney Powell said. You are going to find some republicans in on this also. I would give amnesty to a few lower levels if they comply and turn evidence.
“...including the county’s noncompliance with earlier subpoenas...”
Subpoenas in Arizona must be as worthless as teats on a boar.
Seems to me that this is the problem. There are too many leftists masquerading as Republicans these days. They need to be treated as a hostiles. Forget about the damn Republican label. It has been reduced to a meaningless moniker.
In this case, either your are for a full audit or you are the enemy. Screw the polite bull crap.
They won’t even show up for the meeting.
And they won’t even be punished or even scolded for that matter.
> “Subpoenas in Arizona must be as worthless as teats on a boar.”
No, they are weapons.
They need to be handled carefully just as LEOs must be careful when using lethal force.
The AZ Senate has to try a soft approach before they go medieval. At least so far. We are trying to convince the political middle, the infrequent CNN watchers, that there is fraud. You can’t get heavy handed immediately.
Yep. The evidence goes into the shredder and down the memory hole.
