Former President Jimmy Carter said Monday that both major presidential candidates are “quite unpopular,” but he knows who’s more qualified and he’s voting for Democrat Hillary Clinton in November. The 91-year-old Carter spoke with The Associated Press on the site of a Habitat for Humanity construction project in Memphis.
