Sunday, April 24, 2005 1:02 PM PDT A woman who saw a man inside a vehicle indecently exposed and behaving inappropriately near a school, chased him in her car Friday and was able to trap him when he got stuck in traffic. Other drivers responded to the woman's plea for help and kept the suspect trapped inside his vehicle until police arrived. Marc McMillen, 29, of Ridgecrest, was arrested for alleged lewd behavior to include indecent exposure and inappropriately touching himself. Ridgecrest Police Department Sgt. Robert OBergfell credited cooperation by citizens on the scene with helping to apprehend the suspect....
