    Law enforcement and the FBI are investigating three unknown devices found at the Four Corners Power Plant Monday morning. According to investigators, the devices were each 6 inches in length and capped on both ends. They were found around 8 a.m. Farmington police's bomb squad is attempting to determine whether the devices are explosive. All employees have been evacuated.     DEER LODGE — A half-naked driver who allegedly led Powell County sheriff's deputies on a high-speed chase was arraigned in Deer Lodge district court Tuesday. Louis Paul Coughlin, 34, of Bismarck, N.D., faces charges of assault on a peace officer and criminal endangerment, both felonies, and fleeing from or eluding an officer, a misdemeanor. (C&P) After the impact, Coughlin's vehicle rolled several times. Both vehicles landed on their wheels.
